JURNAL TIPIKOR — Mantan Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil mengatakan bahwa deposito senilai Rp 75 miliar yang telah disita Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terkait kasus dugaan korupsi di PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk bukan milik dia.
“Deposito itu bukan milik kami. Tidak ada uang atau deposito yang disita saat itu,” kata RK melalui keterangan tertulis, Rabu (19/3/2025).
Sebagaimana diberitakan sebelumnya, kasus dugaan korupsi pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (Bank BJB) sedang diusut KPK. Tim penyidik KPK telah menggeledah sejumlah lokasi, termasuk rumah Ridwan Kamil.

Dalam penggeledahan di beberapa lokasi tersebut, KPK telah menyita sejumlah dokumen dan barang lainnya, seperti deposito lebih kurang Rp 70 miliar dan kendaraan bermotor.
Sebelumnya Ketua KPK Setya Budiyanto mengatakan bahwa ada beberapa dokumen dan barang elektronik yang disita dari rumah Ridwan Kamil. “Ya pastinya kalau soal disita dan tidak, pasti ada ya beberapa dokumen, kemudian beberapa barang, itu ada prosesnya, sedang dikaji, sedang diteliti oleh para penyidik,” kata Setya.
Saat ini barang yang disita tersebut akan dikaji dan diteliti apakah berkaitan dengan kasus korupsi yang indikasinya merugikan negara hingga ratusan miliar tersebut.
“Ya sementara kan pasti dikaji ya segala sesuatunya itu tidak serta merta. Diteliti, dilihat, nanti kalau memang enggak ada relevansinya, pasti dikembalikan. Tapi yang ada, nanti pasti akan diikutkan.”
