Ketua salah satu Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat tersebut terjerat kasus dugaan pemerasan terhadap salah satu oknum kepala desa di kabupaten Wajo.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Wajo, Iptu Aditya Pandu Drajat, S.Tr.K.,S.I.K, yang dihubungi awak media ini, selasa (30/01/2024). Membenarkan soal penahanan terhadap tersangka HG yang terlibat dalam kasus dugaan pemerasan sejumlah oknum Kades.
” Iya benar, yang bersangkutan telah resmi kami tahan di Mapolres Wajo setelah sebelumnya ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dan saat ini sedang menjalani proses hukum selanjutnya”. Ucapnya

Oknum berinisial HG tersebut dilaporkan, berdasarkan surat Laporan Polisi dengan nomor : LP/B/188/XI/2023/SPKT/POLRES WAJO/POLDA SULAWESI SELATAN tertanggal 27 Oktober 2023 oleh salah satu oknum Kepala Desa.
Disamping itu, Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Asosiasi Pemerintah Desa Seluruh Indonesia (DPC APDESI) Kabupaten Wajo bersurat ke Polres Wajo dengan nomor surat laporan : 07/DPC-APDESI/X/2023 tertanggal 30 Oktober 2023.
