JURNAL TIPIKOR – Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kota Bandung telah menertibkan sebanyak 2.813 Alat Peraga Kampanye (APK) yang melanggar aturan sejak 1 Desember 2023 sampai 22 Januari 2024.
Kepala Bidang Trantibum Satpol PP Kota Bandung, Yayan Ruyandi mengatakan, pada penertiban APK tersebut, Satpol PP telah berkoordinasi dengan Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu).
Ia menyebut penertiban APK tersebut karena melanggar aturan, karena dipasang di area yang dilarang terdapat APK.
“Per tanggal 22 Januari, jumlah APK yang ditertibkan sebanyak 2.813 dari mulainya 1 Desember sampai 22 Januari 2024. Jenis pelanggaran pada kawasan khusus di 11 jalan khusus,” ujarnya, Selasa 30 Januari 2024.

Kawasan Khusus tersebut merupakan kawasan yang tidak diperbolehkan diselenggarakan kegiatan reklame yaitu: Jalan Asia Afrika, Jalan Tamansari, Jalan Siliwangi, Jalen R.A.A Wiranatakusuma, Jalan Pajajaran, Jalan Wastukancana, Jalan Aceh, Jalan Pahlawan, Jalan Brigjen Katamso, Jalan Supratman dan Jalan Diponegoro.
Selain di kawasan khusus, penertiban juga dilakukan pada APK yang membahayakan keselamatan.
Ia menilai seharusnya para peserta pemilu harus memperhatikan aspek keselamatan bagi masyarakat umum selain menaati aturan yang ada terkait pemasangan atribut dan APK di Kota Bandung.
“Dalam pemasangan APK mohon untuk hati-hati karena intensitas curah hujan di Kota Bandung sedang tinggi, bila mana dipasang sembarangan dan mengenai orang lain ini dapat membahayakan pengguna jalan,” kata dia.
Selain itu, dia juga meminta agar para peserta pemilu harus taat dalam memasang berbagai alat peraga agar tetap mengikuti Perda tentang Ketertiban, Kebersihan, dan Keindahan (Perda K3).
“Tolong diedukasi dengan baik tim pemenangannya, atau pihak ketiga yang diminta untuk memasang APK dengan memberitahu titik-titik yang tidak melanggar dalam segi pemasangan,” ujarnya.
Ia pun terus berkoordinasi dengan Bawaslu guna menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban kondusif pada setiap tahapan Pemilu, terutama terkait keselamatan.
“APK membahayakan tapi diperbolehkan kita koordinasi dengan Bawaslu. Bersama atau mandiri di bawah pemantauan Bawaslu, kita tertibkan,” ungkapnya.
