Jawa Barat, JURNAL TIPIKOR — Kompolnas melakukan pemantauan atas pelaksanaan kampanye hari pertama di wilayah hukum Polda Jawa Barat. Pemantauan dilakukan oleh Anggota Kompolnas Irjen Pol. (Purn) Drs. Pudji Hartanto Iskandar, M.M., dan H. Mohammad Dawam S.H.I., M.H., dengan didampingi Brigpol Rizal Permana, S.H., M.H.
Pudji mengatakan, Polda Jawa Barat dipilih sebagai obyek yang mendapat perhatian khusus. Sebab, jumlah populasi penduduk dan pemilih pemilu 2024 ini tercatat terbesar dari seluruh wilayah Indonesia.
“Oleh karenanya potensi kerawanan cukup tinggi,” ungkapnya dalam keterangan tertulis, Rabu (29/11/23).

Selain itu, Provinsi Jawa Barat sebagai wilayah yang dikunjungi oleh dalam melakukan fungsi pemantauan persiapan Polri di Polda jajaran pada Operasi Mantap Brata 2023 menjadi relevan dan strategis.
“Hari pertama kampanye pemilu 2024, menjadi penting bagi Kompolnas ikut melakukan giat pemantauan persiapan Satuan Wilayah Polri dengan memberikan himbauan khusus netralitas kepada para Anggota pada proses dan tahapan Pemilu 2024 ini. Ini adalah komitmen sekaligus pesan penting kami kepada seluruh jajaran anggota Polri diseluruh wilayah Indonesia,” ujar Pudji.
Setelah kunjungan ke Polda Jawa Barat, Tim melanjutkan ke Polrestabes Bandung dan Polres Purwakarta dalam rangka hal yang sama. Pudji pun berpesan sikap profesionalisme dan netralitas dalam pelayanan masyarakat sebagaimana Surat Telegram (ST) Kapolri nomor: 1160, tertanggal 31 Mei 2023 harus terus dipegang teguh. Selain itu, seluruh personel tidak lelah menjaga situasi harkamtibmas agar Indonesia tetap kondusif pada proses tahapan pemilu 2024 yang sedang berlangsung.
Ditambahkan Mohammad Dawam selaku Anggota Kompolnas, tugas yang diemban Polri adalah tugas mulia. Disebutkannya, pertama, menegakkan keadilan hukum dan harkamtibmas, sebagai mandat struktur kelembagaan dibawah langsung Presiden sebagai Kepala Negara.
Kemudian, melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi pelayanan publik yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat luas sebagai mandat kelembagaan dibawah langsung Presiden selaku Kepala Pemerintahan.
“Hal itu sangat strategis demi terciptanya situasi kamtibmas proses pemilu 2024 yang aman, damai, berkualitas serta bermartabat,” jelasnya.
Sementara itu, Irwasda Polda Jawa Barat, Kombes. Pol. Kalingga menjelaskan bahwa Polda Jawa Barat telah menyiapkan Aplikasi One Data yang telah terkoneksi dan mengintegrasikan aplikasi-aplikasi Polda Jabar. One Data itu berisikan pemantauan CCTV mako dengan teknologi face recognation (FR) yang terkoneksi dengan data dukcapil, pemantauan CCTV jalur arteri, CCTV objek wisata, CCTV objek vital, pemantauan sebaran anggota lalu lintas, sebaran mobil patroli sabhara, dashboard peta wilayah hukum Polda Jabar beserta peta kerawanan kamtibmas, pemantauan sebaran bhabin hingga polisi RW sampai ke tingkat desa/kelurahan.
