Polda Jabar Fasilitasi 400 Difabel Miliki SIM D
Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR —Para penyandang disabilitas (tuna daksa) yang tergabung dalam Perkumpulan Penyandang Disabilitas Indonesia (PPDI) Jawa Barat patut bersyukur. Pasalnya Polda Jawa Barat memfasilitasi sebanyak 400 difabel memiliki Surat Izin Pengemudi (SIM) D sepeda motor roda tiga . ‘’Kami fasilitasi bagi penyandang disabilitas tuna daksa anggota PPDI Jawa Barat untuk bisa memiliki SIM D. Dan ini sudah diatur dalam UU No 22 tahun 2009 serta Perpol No 5 Tahun 2021 ,’’ kata Kapolda Jawa Barat, Irjen Pol Dr Akhmad Wiyagus, Kamis (23/11/2023). Yang memang ini sudah diatur oleh PP.
Kapolda Jabar menyampaikan hal tersebut dalam acara Audiensi PPDI Jawa Barat di Mapolda. Dalam acara tersebut, Kapolda didampingi Wakapolda, Brigjen Pol Bariza Sulfi dan sejumlah pejabat utama. Sedangkan jajaran PPDI Jawa Barat dipimpin Ketua Umum, Adik Fachroji dan Sekretaris Yurisman Tanjung. Silaturahmi jajaran PPDI Jawa Barat ini berkaitan dengan rencana kegiatan menyambut Hari Disabilitas Internasional (HDI) yang jatuh pada tanggal 3 Desember 2023.
Polda Jawa Barat, kata Wiyagus, juga turut berpartisipasi dalam menyambut Hari Disabilitas Internasional. Salah satu bentuk partisipasi, Kapolda Jawa Barat mengintruksikan seluruh Polres dan Polsek di wilayahnya memasang spanduk dengan narasi Hari Disabilitas Internasional tahun 2023. ‘’Ini salah satu upaya kita dalam membantu mensosialisasikan kegiatan PPDI Jawa Barat dalam menyambut Hari Disabilitas Internasional,’’ ujar dia.
Tak hanya itu, lanjut Wiyagus, Polda Jawa Barat juga memberikan ruang kepada anggota PPDI Jawa Barat yang memiliki kemampuan di bidang seni maupun keagamaan. Ia menyebutkan, anggota PPDI Jawa Barat akan dilibatkan dalam kegiatan seremonial yang menampilkan kesenian. ‘’PPDI Jawa Barat kan punya grub band dan penyanyi. Nanti akan kita undang untuk tampil. Demikian juga kalau qori dan qoriah kita libatkan dalam acara,’’ tutur dia.
Ketua PPDI Jawa Barat, Adik Fachroji, menyampaikan apresiasinya atas sabutan Polda Jawa Barat dalam audiansi tersebut. Ia mengaku sambutan yang diberikan Kapolda dan jajarannya diluar ekspetasinya. Ia tak menyangka disambut antusias oleh Kapolda dan jajarannya. ‘’Diluar ekspetasi kita. Sambutannya sangat luar biasa bagi kami. Bapak Kapolda memberikan dukungan luar biasa terhadap kegiatan kami. Misalnya akan memfasilitasi pembuatan SIM D bagi anggota kami, mensosialisasikan Hari Disabilitas Internasional melalui pemasangan spanduk, dan kegiatan lainnya. Ini sangat berarti bagi kami,’’ tutur dia.
Ketua III PPDI Jawa Barat, Djumono, tak bisa menutupi kegembiraannya saat Kapolda Jawa Barat akan memfasilitasi pembuatan SIM D bagi anggotanya. Bagi dia yang juga penyandang tuna daksa, SIM D ini sudah lama dinanti-natikannya. Ia yang dalam berkegiatan sehari-hari menggunakan sepeda motor roda tiga akan semakin percaya diri. ‘’Selama ini memang saya tak memiliki SIM D. Sebenarnya saya malu naik sepeda motor tak memiliki SIM. Alhamdulillah kami akan difasilitasi untuk memiliki SIM D,’’ ujar dia.

Rencananya puncak Hari Disabilitas Internasional tingkat Provinsi Jawa Barat akan digelar pada tanggal 3 Desember 2023 di halaman Gedung sate Bandung. Menurut Adik, puncak kegiatan tersebut akan dihadiri oleh Pj Gubernur Jawa barat, Bey Machmudin.
