Camat Mandau Riki Rihardi didampingi sekcam Yoan Dema, ketua TP PKK, Dewi Asdinar , Ketua LAMR dan Ketua LPTQ Mandau, Koramil 03 Mandau, sejumlah kepala UPT Mandau serta Lurah se Kecamatan Mandau. Melepas pawai Ta’aruf Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) Tingkat Kecamatan Mandau, Tahun 1445 H. 2023 M.
Pelepasan tersebut dilaksanakan di Samping Bank Mega Jln Sudirman, Kelurahan Air Jamban, Kecamatan Mandau, Kabupaten Bengkalis .
Peserta Pawai kali ini diikuti seluruh kafilah yang berasal dari Kelurahan dan Desa sebanyak 9 Kelurahan 2 Desa. Adapun Desa yang ikut meriahkan pawai tersebut. Desa Bathin Betuah, Desa Harapan Baru, Kelurahan Talang Mandi, Kelurahan Pematang Pudu, Kelurahan Batang Serosa, Kelurahan Gajah Sakti, Kelurahan Duri Barat, Kelurahan Duri Timur, Kelurahan Bambussalam, Kelurahaan Balik Alam dan Kelurahan Air Jamban.
Pawai kali ini melibatakan puluhan personil Polsek Mandau dan Koramil 03 Mandau serta puluhan anggota satpol PP Kecamatan Mandau. Hadir dalam acara kepala kasi trantib,Kepala UPT Dishub,kepala Damkar Mandau serta seluruh kasi dan kasubag Pemcam Mandau, Lurah Desa se Kecamatan Mandau.
Camat juga mengajak para peserta pawai untuk selalu jaga kekompakkan dan juga keselamatan selama pawai berlangsung dengan aman ” Mari kita laksanakan pawai MTQ dengan tertib, semoga kita semua dalam lindungan Allah SWT, ucap Camat Riki Rihardi.
Sebelum pelepasan Pawai di laksankan, terlebih dahulu pelapasan balon ke udara oleh ketua TP PKK, Dewi Asdinar di dampingi Camat, sekcam dan sejumlah Lurah dan Kepala UPT se Kecamatan Mandau.

Ke ikutsertaan kami Desa Bathin Betuah ini sebagai wujud ikut mensukseskan sekaligus mendukung pelaksanaan MTQ Tingkat Kecamatan Mandau .
Tak lupa juga ia mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Bupati Bengkalis dan Camat Mandau yang telah menganggarkan dana bermasa, sehingga setiap kegiatan yang kami laksanakan di desa bisa berjalan lancar.
Kemudian dengan adanya dana bermasa desa kami bisa melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan yang telah diprogramkan melalui dana bermasa 1 Milyar 1 desa, dan ini sangat membantu dan menunjang kegiatan kesejahteraan masyarakat . tutupnya.
