Dua Kawasan Wisata di Solo dipasang Papan Penyitaan, Apa yang Terjadi ?
Solo, JurnalTIPIKOR.Com--kawasan wisata Pandawa Water World di Sukoharjo dan Benteng Vastenburg di Solo dipasangi Papan penyitaan, tentunya membuat para wisatawan dibuat geger, ada apa sebenarnya yang terjadi ?
Ternyata, dua destinasi wisata itu merupakan aset milik terpidana kasus korupsi PT Jiwasraya, Benny Tjokrosaputro. Atas kedua aset milik Benny di Kabupaten Sukoharjo dan Kota Solo itu, Kejaksaan Agung pun melakukan penyitaan.
“Salah satu asetnya (di Sukoharjo) adalah ini (Pandawa Water World), wisata air, ternyata di sini salah satu pemegangnya itu Benny Tjokro,” kata Direktur Upaya Hukum Luar Biasa, Eksekusi dan Eksaminasi Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung), Undang Mugopal, kepada awak media di Pandawa Water World, Kamis (27/7/2023) pekan lalu.

Tim dari Kejagung, Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Jakarta Pusat, Kejari Solo, dan Kejari Solo pun tampak hadir di lokasi.
Mugopal mengatakan, di Kecamatan Grogol ada 35 bidang aset yang disita eksekusi. Total, luasan tanah yang disita mencapai 83.339 meter persegi.
Aset-aset itu tersebar di satu bidang di Desa Telukan, lima bidang di Desa Gedangan yang merupakan kawasan Pandawa Water World, 28 bidang di Desa Madegondo, dan satu bidang di Desa Kwarasan.
Berdasarkan pemantauan di lokasi, wisata Pandawa Water World sendiri masih beroperasi dan menerima pengunjung. Mugopal tak mempermasalahkan hal tersebut.
“Pengelolaan masih tetap seperti ini. Nanti kita pikirkan, apakah pengelolaan oleh kita dan diserahkan ke siapa, atau pihak ketiga. Karena formatnya belum ada, pengelolaan ini. Karena kita juga tidak mampu mengelola objek wisata seperti ini. Mungkin kita akan kerja sama dengan pihak ketiga,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, dihubungi secara terpisah, Kepala Kejari Solo D.B. Susanto mengatakan, ada tujuh bidang aset milik Benny Tjokro yang disita di kawasan Benteng Vastenburg Solo. Ketujuh bidang tanah itu memiliki luas total 43.216 meter persegi.
“Iya betul. Kalau penjelasan tadi di daerah Benteng (Vastenberg). Ada beberapa petak luasannya,” kata Susanto.
Gibran Jamin Event di Benteng Vastenburg Tetap Jalan
Wali Kota Solo Gibran Rakabuming Raka menjamin event-event yang akan dilaksanakan di Benteng Vastenburg tetap bisa digelar. Syaratnya, penyelenggara event yang menggunakan Benteng Vastenburg mengajukan izin ke Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari).

“Penggunaan Benteng sebagai public space, tempat-tempat event, akan berjalan seperti biasa. Tenang saja,” kata Gibran di Balai Kota Solo, Senin (31/7/2023).
Gibran mengatakan, nantinya pengguna Benteng Vastenburg bisa langsung mengajukan izin ke Kejari. Bisa juga surat permohonan izin itu masuk ke Pemkot lalu diteruskan ke Kejari.
“Benteng izin ke Kejari. Lewat sini (Pemkot) nanti tak (saya) lewatkan ke Kejari, tak sambungkan Pak Kejari. Masalah proses hukum kita lalui aja, sambil jalan,” ucapnya.

Gibran mengaku sering berkomunikasi dengan Kejari Solo terkait penyitaan aset di Benteng Vastenburg.
“Saya sudah koordinasi (Kejari Solo) juga, dilalui saja semua prosesnya. Pokoknya kita lalui saja semua, prosesnya itu. Tenang aja, intinya ini biar berproses kabeh sik (semua dulu). Mau dilelang atau dihibahkan kita lalui aja prosesnya. Nggak boleh terlalu banyak saya bahas itu,” pungkas Gibran.
Benny Tjokrosaputro diketahui menjadi terpidana atas kasus tindak pidana korupsi PT Asuransi Jiwasraya dan telah divonis oleh Kejari Jakpus seumur hidup serta denda sebesar Rp 6.078.500.000.000.
Pembayaran denda itu dengan melakukan penyitaan aset milik Benny, yang kemudian akan dilelang oleh negara.
