SENGKANG, Jurnal TIPIKOR .Com- Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Wajo khsusunya dari pihak Komisi lV DPRD Wajo mempertanyakan soal realisasi anggaran yang capai puluhan milliar, yakni soal anggaran dana BOK Kesehatan Kabupaten Wajo senilai Rp 26 milliar lebih.
Ketua Komisi IV DPRD Wajo, AD Mayang menyebutkan, anggaran Rp26,4 miliar itu terbagi sekitar Rp16 miliar ke Dinkes dan sisanya Rp1 miliar masuk di Bidang Keluarga Berencana Dinsos P2KBP3A Wajo.
Dirinya juga ikut mempertanyaankan ini. Kenapa sampai sekarang nol, karena Dinkes masih penyesuaian pelaporan pertanggungjawaban. Apakah dilaporkan manual atau sistem. Sebab kegiatan BOK tidak ada SIPD,” tutupnya.
Seperti diketahui Bantuan Operasional Kesehatan (BOK) di Kabupaten Wajo sebesar Rp26,4 miliar tahun ini.

Berdasarkan data media Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah (BPKPD) Wajo. Jumlah dana sebesar Rp26.454.467.000 di APBD 2023, hingga 30 Juni 2023 laporan realisasi penerimaannya masih nol persen.
Anggaran yang bersumber dari transfer pemerintah pusat melalui Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK), terbagi ke Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) dan Dinas Sosial Pengendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (Dinsos P2KBP3A) Wajo.
Anggaran Rp26,4 miliar tersebut terbagi kegiatan untuk BOKKB-BOK senilai Rp26.051.819.000 dan BOKKB pengawasan obat dan makanan Rp402.648.000.
Kabid Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Penyakit Dinkes Wajo, Andi Sumange Alam menyebutkan, BOK merupakan biaya operasional yang dikhususkan untuk membantu Puskesmas.
Dana BOK 2023 diperuntukkan untuk program atau kegiatan yang bersifat promotif dan preventif berdasarkan petunjuk teknis (juknis).
Program ini upaya menjaga kesehatan masyarakat dan kegiatan sosialisasi dan pencegahan penyakit lainnya,” ujarnya, Senin, 24 Juli.
Dia menambahkan, pelaksanaan kegiatan BOK tersebut terbagi ke semua bidang. Bahkan di Bidang Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Penyakit terlaksana sejak bulan Januari lalu.Kayaknya sudah ada cair. Cuma saya tidak tau berapa realisasinya,” ucapnya.
Sedang Kasubbag Keuangan Dinkes Wajo, Raodah Paturusi enggan membeberkan laporan realisasi penerimaan DAK Non Fisik BOK 2023.“Untuk permintaan data, kami minta suratnya secara tertulis,” sebutnya.
