“Ini eksekusi penyerahan perkara tindak pidana korupsi ke kas negara dan kas daerah Pemprov Jabar setelah berdasarkan putusan yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap,” katanya di Kejari Kota Bandung, Selasa (18/7/2023) Kemarin.
Dari terpidana Tantan Pria Sudjana, Kejari mengembalikan uang senilai Rp 638 juta. Uang tersebut nantinya akan disetor ke Kas Pemprov Jabar melalui Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah.
Kemudian dari terpidana Ai Lathopah, Kejari menyetorkan uang Rp 13.370.422.469 atau Rp 13,37 miliar. Dan dari terpidana Salman Alfarisi, Kejari menyetorkan uang Rp 300 juta.
Untuk perkara Ai dan Salman, Kejari menyetorkan uang hasil korupsi tersebut sebagai penerimaan negara bukan pajak (PNBP). Uang tersebut nantinya akan disetorkan langsung ke kas negara.
“Dari 2023, ini pengembalian yang terbesar yang ditangani Kejari Kota Bandung,” pungkasnya.
