Pengenaan Administrasi Pajak Rp 2.500, Resahkan Masyarakat Kabupaten Kerawang
Kerawang, JURNAL TIPIKOR.COM –Menghangatkan berita seputar pengenaan pajak oleh Bank Jabar Banten (BJB) di kabupaten Kerawang telah menjadi sorotan, pasalnya dengan adanya Edaran pengenaan administrasi sebesar Rp 2.500 Mendapat reaksi negatif.
Dilansir Nawacita.com, Selasa (18/7/2023), Sekretariat Asosiasi Pemerintah Desa Seluruh Indonesia (APDESI) Kabupaten Karawang Alek Sukardi SH MH mengatakan adanya pengumuman Bank BJB kepada pembayar pajak yang akan berlaku efektif tanggal 12 Juli 2023 bahwa pembayar pajak dapat dibebami biaya jasa layanan bagi wajib pajak Pajak<Rp 10.000. sebesar Rp 2500.
Maka kemarin pihak Pemerintah Desa Seluruh Indonesia (APDESI) Karawang sudah melakukan rapat antara Apdesi, Bank BJB dan Bappenda serta unsur Pemerintah yang lainnya.
tetapi dari hasil pertemuan tersebut tidak menemukan titik temu antara Pemerintah Desa Seluruh Indonesia (APDESI) Karawang keberatan terhadap biaya bayar PBB per lembar itu Rp 2.500

“Namun dalam rapat tersebut tidak seluruhnya diikuti oleh unsur pimpinan utama seperti Bappenda itu tidak dihadiri oleh Kepala, kalau Apdesi dihadiri oleh ketua, serta anggota sehingga tidak ada kebijakan yang lahir dari pertemuan.”

“Perwakilan-perwakilan tadi namun tetap saja Pemerintah Desa Seluruh Indonesia (APDESI) mengharapkan yang ini kebijakan untuk membayar Rp 2500 bagi wajib pajak yang memiliki nilai pajak lebih dari Rp10.000 di rasa keberatan,” ungkapnya
Menurut Kepala Desa yang masih aktif di wilayah Kecamatan Batujaya, belum lama ini kita dikejutkan oleh Nilai Jual objek Pajak (NJOP) di semua wilayah Kabupaten Karawang ini sampai terhitung ada yang 300% sampai dengan 400%.
“Belum lagi itu, tersosialisasi dengan baik tiba-tiba ada aturan baru yang mewajibkan wajib pajak membayar Rp 2500 diluar nilai pajak atau nilai Surat Pemberitahuan Pajak Terhutang (SPPT) kepada Bank BJB.” Ujarnya.
Kilritikan lainnya datang dari Mantan Kadispenda Karawang, Saleh melalui sambungan teleponnya.
Menurut Saleh saat dihubungi melalui sambungan telepon selulernya mengatakan, pengenaan biaya admin Rp 2500 ini adalah aturan manajemen dari pada corporate Bank BJB karena pihak Bank BJB pemiliknya adalah sebagian adalah Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat, ujarnya
Lanjut Saleh, Membuat manajemen yang baik karena pasti Bank BJB itu adalah benefit oriented, tidak bisa karena dia bukan wadah sosial ataupun sosial orientid tetap saja apapun mereknya apapun jenis sahamnya apapun dan siapapun penguasanya.” Singkatnya
“Tetap Bank itu harus Benefit Oriented makanya pahami kalau itu keinginan Bank BJB, karena ini menyangkut hajat hidup orang banyak pajak yang seluruh masyarakat Karawang alangkah baiknya sinkronisasi dan kesepahaman dulu.”
“Yang kita kejar tidak langsung mengajukan atau melakukan eksekusi dengan memerintahkan kepada seluruh pengurus pajak di Kabupaten Karawang untuk membayar Rp 2500 per lembar di atas Rp 10000, tentunya akan membebankan kepada masyarakat “.
“Inilah yang jadi masalah kita butuh sosialisasi dan memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat bisa di bedakan antara Manajemen Perbankan dengan manajemen pemerintah kan begitu”, tandasnya.
