BELU, jurnaltipikor.com – Kapolres Belu saat menyematkan pita operasi kepada Perwakilan Sat Lantas dalam rangka meningkatkan kepatuhan dan disiplin masyarakat dalam berlalu lintas pasca peringatan Hari Bhayangkara ke 77, Kepolisian Resor Belu didukung instansi terkait dalam 2 (dua) pekan ke depan menggelar Operasi Patuh Turangga 2023.
Berkaitan dengan kesiapan personil dan sarana prasaran pendukung operasi, Polres Belu menandainya dengan melaksanakan apel gelar pasukan Operasi Patuh Turangga 2023 di halaman Mapolres Belu, senin (10/7/2023).
Apel gelar pasukan yang dimulai pukul 08.30 wita, dipimpin langsung Kapolres Belu, AKBP Richo Nataldo Devallas Simanjuntak, S.I.Kdengan Perwira Upacara, Kasat Lantas, AKP Brian Wicaksono, S.T.K., S.I.K dan komandan Apel, Kaur Bin Ops Lantas, IPDA Francisco C.D Santos.

Membacakan amanat Kapolda NTT, Irjen Pol Drs. Johni Asadoma, M.Hum. Kapolres Belu menuturkan, Operasi Patuh ini merupakan jenis operasi harkamtibmas yang mengedepankan kegiatan edukatif dan persuasif serta humanis di dukung gakkum lantas secara elektronik (statis dan mobile) dalam rangka meningkatkan kepatuhan dan disiplin masyarakat dalam berlalu lintas.
Guna memperoleh hasil yang maksimal dalam operasi kali ini, Kapolres Belu menekankan seluruh personil agar bekerja sungguh-sungguh dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan dan disiplin masyarakat dalam berlalu lintas.
Diantaranya, melaksanakan deteksi dini, penyelidikan dan pemetaan terhadap lokasi atau tempat yang rawan terhadap kemacetan, pelanggaran, dan kecelakaan lalu lintas.
“Kemudian juga, melaksanakan pembinaan dan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang kamseltibcarlantas berupa kegiatan sosialisasi, penyuluhan, melalui pemasangan spanduk, banner, baliho, penyebaran pamflet dan stiker”ungkap Kapolres Belu.
“Serta penyuluhan melalui media cetak, media elektronik, dan media sosial. Lakukan operasi Patuh ini dengan baik tanpa menimbulkan komplain dari masyarakat. Mari Kita wujudkan kamseltibcar lantas yang mantap”pungkas Kapolres Belu.

Apel Gelar pasukan Operasi keselamatan ditandai dengan penyematan Pita tanda operasi kepada perwakilan dari anggota Lantas, Brimob Kompi 3 Yon A Pelopor Atambua, Subden Pom IX Udayana Belu dan Dispenda kabupaten Belu.
Apel Gelar Pasukan ini dihadiri Dandim 1605 Belu, Letkol Arh. Suhardi S.T, Wakapolres, KOMPOL I Putu Surawan, S.IP, Para Kabag, Kasat, Kapolsek Jajaran dan Perwira Staf Polres Belu, Kepala Dispenda Kab. Belu serta Kepala Jasa Raharja Kab. Belu.
Sementara peserta apel pagi terdiri dari barisan Subden POM IX Udayana Belu, Kodim 1605 Belu, Brimob Kompi 3 Yon A Pelopor Belu, Sat Samapta, Sat Lantas, Staf Gabungan, gabungan Sat Reskrim, Sat Intel dan Sat Narkoba, dinas perhubungan serta UPTD Samsat Kab.Belu.
Untuk diketahui, Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri) secara serentak di seluruh indonesia, menggelar operasi Patuh selama 14 hari, yang dimulai dari hari ini senin, 10 juli sampai dengan minggu, 23 juli 2023.
