Pekanbaru, JURNAL TIPIKOR — Pada hari Kamis tanggal 06 Juli 2023 sekira pukul 11.00 Wib bertempat di Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Pekanbaru, Tim Tabur Kejaksaan Agung RI melakukan serah terima Tersangka F kepada Tim Penyidik Pidsus Kejaksaan Negeri Kepulauan Meranti dan selanjutnya Tim Penyidik Pidsus Kejaksaan Negeri Kepulauan Meranti membawa Tersangka F Ke Lapas Kelas IIB Selatpanjang Kepulauan Meranti untuk di lakukan Penahanan terhitung 20 (dua puluh) hari kedepan.
Sebelumnya pada hari Rabu tanggal 05 Juli 2023 sekira pukul 17.00 wib, Tim Tabur Kejaksaan Tinggi Riau bertempat di Kel. Sungai Geniot Kec. Sungai Sembilan Kota Dumai, Tim Tangkap Buron (Tabur) Kejaksaan Agung RI dan Kejaksaan Tinggi Riau berhasil mengamankan buronan Tersangka An. F yang masuk dalam Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO) Kejaksaan Negeri Kepulauan Meranti. Tersangka F ditetapkan sebagai tersangka tindak pidana korupsi penyaluran kredit di BRI Unit Teluk Belitung, Kepulauan Meranti Tahun 2018.
Identitas Tersangka yang diamankan, yaitu :

Tempat lahir : Mengkirau
Umur/tanggal lahir : 37 tahun / 02 Maret 1986
Jenis kelamin : Laki – laki
Kewarganegaraan : Indonesia
Tempat Tinggal : Jl. Yusri RT 003/RW 004, Kelurahan/Desa Mangkirau, Kecamatan Merbau, Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti
Agama : Islam
Pekerjaan : Mantri BRI Unit Teluk Belitung Kanca BRI Selat Panjang Tahun 2015-2016
Sang Petahana Robby Cahyadi di Prediksi Kembali Menahkodai MPC PP INHIL Periode 2023-2027
Adapun kasus posisi Tersangka F yaitu :
Bahwa di BRI Unit Teluk Belitung Kantor Cabang Selanpanjang Kepulauan Meranti telah terjadi dugaan rekayasa dalam proses Penyaluran Kredit Mikro di BRI Unit Teluk Belitung Kantor Cabang Selanpanjang Kepulauan Meranti oleh F dan D.
Modus yang digunakan F dan D ialah dengan menggunakan data orang lain, memalsukan tandatangan debitur, memalsukan agunan yang diajukan dalam pengajuan kredit mikro, selanjutnya F dan D memakai, menggunakan, menikmati sebagai dan/atau seluruh dana hasil pencairan yang telah diberikan oleh Pihak Bank BRI. Dalam menjalankan perbuatannya F dan D bekerjasama dengan P dan R yang diduga merupakan seorang (calo) dengan modus calon debitur dan kelengkapan syarat-syarat berupa data KTP, KK dan Surat Keterangan Usaha.
Pemkot Bandung Ajak Pengusaha Kembangkan Pasif Telekomunikasi
Akibat perbuatannya, mengakibatkan kerugian Negara sebesar Rp. 883.998.449 (audit Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP).
Tersangka F diamankan karena ketika dipanggil sebagai Tersangka secara patut oleh Tim Jaksa Penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri Kepulauan Meranti, yang bersangkutan tidak beritikad baik untuk memenuhi panggilan tersebut, dan oleh karena tersangka F tidak memenuhi panggilan, Akhirnya Tersangka F dimasukkan dalam Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO) Berdasarkan Surat Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kepulauan Meranti Nomor : B-99/N.4.14/Fd.1/11/2018.
Dalam proses pengamanan terhadap Tersangka F, Tersangka F bersikap kooperatif, tidak melakukan perlawanan, sehingga proses berjalan dengan lancar. Dan selanjutnya Tersangka F dibawa oleh Tim Tabur Kejaksaan Agung RI menuju Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Pekanbaru untuk dititipkan di Kejaksaan Negeri Pekanbaru dan akan dilakukan serah terima kepada Tim Pidsus Kejaksaan Negeri Kepulauan Meranti.
Melalui program Tabur Kejaksaan, Jaksa Agung meminta jajarannya untuk memonitor dan segera menangkap buronan yang masih berkeliaran untuk dilakukan eksekusi untuk kepastian hukum. Jaksa Agung mengimbau kepada seluruh Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO) Kejaksaan untuk segera menyerahkan diri dan mempertanggung-jawabkan perbuatannya karena tidak ada tempat yang aman bagi para buronan.
