Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR— Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Ciamis Polda Jabar mengamankan seorang oknum guru ASN berinisial YH (54) di Kabupaten Ciamis pelaku tindak pidana kekerasan terhadap anak dibawah umur. Pelaku ditangkap dan ditetapkan sebagai tersangka setelah dilakukan serangkaian pemeriksaan terhadap lebih dari 20 saksi dan pengumpulan alat bukti termasuk kerja sama dengan PP2A.
“YH (54) kami tetapkan sebagai tersangka setelah serangkaian pemeriksaan terhadap lebih dari 20 saksi dan melakukan pengumpulan alat bukti termasuk kerja sama dengan P2TP2A. Profesi tersangka oknum guru ASN,’ ujar Kapolres Ciamis
Polda Jabar AKBP Tony Prasetyo Yudhangkoro, SH., S.I.K., M.T., didampingi Kasat Reskrik Polres Ciamis Iptu Muchammad Arwin Bachar, STK., S.I.K., dan Kasi Humas Polres Ciamis Iptu Magdalena NEB dalam Konferensi Pers di depan Ruang Humas Polres Ciamis, Jalan Jend Sudirman No.271, Sindangrasa,
Ciamis, Kabupaten Ciamis, Jawa Barat, Rabu (28/6/2023).
Satreskrim Polres Ciamis Polda Jabar menjelaskan, tersangka melancarkan aksinya dengan alasan untuk mendekatkan diri ke para korban. Korban rata-rata anak dibawah umur dikisaran usia 13-14 tahun. Aksi itu dilakukan tersangka secara spontanitas dan korban dipanggil ke ruangan tempat tersangka bertugas.
“Saat melakukan perbuatan tersebut diduga menggunakan profesi. Perbuatan tersebut dilakukan spotanitas. Ada yang ketemu dilokasi dan menyentuh
bagian sensitif ada yang dipanggil ke ruangan.
Modus tersangka beberapa kali menyentuh bagian sensitif dari para anak korban,” tutur AKBP Tony Prasetyo Yudhangkoro.

Atas perbuatan tersebut, kata Kapolres Ciamis Polda Jabar, tersangka YH dipersangkakan Pasal 82 ayat (1) Undang Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016, tentang
perlindungan anak dan Undang Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 tentang tindak pidana kekerasan seksual.
“‘Ancaman paling singkat 5 tahun dan paling lama 15 tahun penjara. Kekerasan seksual paling lama 12 tahun penjara dan atau denda Rp.300 juta,” kata AKBP Tony Prasetyo Yudhangkoro.
