Kapolres Belu Memecat seorang Anggota PNS Polres Belu, Gegara melanggar kode etik Polri
BELU, Jurnatipikor.com – Kepolisian Resor Belu menggelar upacara penyerahan keputusan Kapolri tentang pemberhentian dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri (PDH TAPS) salah satu personel PNS Polri atas nama Pengda Tingkat I, Adelino Viana Cabral, selasa (27/6/2023).
Upacara yang berlangsung di halaman Mapolres Belu ini, dipimpin langsung Kapolres Belu, AKBP Richo Nataldo Devallas Simanjuntak, S.I.K dengan Perwira upacara, Kasat Narkoba, AKP Syamsul Arifin Ramadhan, SH dan komandan upacara, Paur Min Bag SDM, IPDA Ivo Diego Meo, SH
Dalam amanatnya, Kapolres Belu mengungkapkan, upacara Pemberhentian salah satu personel PNS Polri di lingkup Polres Belu ini merupakan salah satu wujud dan bentuk realisasi komitmen pimpinan Polri dalam memberikan sanksi hukuman bagi personel yang melanggar kode etik kepolisian atau pelanggaran disiplin tingkat berat.
Pelaksanaan upacara PTDH lanjut Kapolres Belu,tentunya dapat terlaksana sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan yang sudah dilaksanakan dan sesuai ketentuan perundang-udangan yang berlaku sebagaimana ditinjau dari beberapa empat aspek diantaranya asas kepastian hukum yaitu terhadap personel polri yang melakukan pelanggaran sehingga menjadi jelas statusnya
“Aspek Kedua asas kemanfaatan yakni kita mempertimbangan sebagai mana besar manfaatnya bagi organisasi Polri yang dijatuhi hukuman dengan cara PTDH serta aspek Ketiga yakni asas keadilan yaitu kita memberikan reward kepada personel yang berprestasi dan memberikan punishment atau hukuman kepada anggota Polri yang terbukti melakukan pelanggaran baik disiplin maupun kode etik”ungkap Kapolres Belu.
“Dan keputusan ini tidak diambil dalam waktu singkat tapi melalui proses yang sangat panjang, penuh peritmbangan dan dengan senatiasa berpedoman pada koridor hukum yang berlaku”tambah Kapolres Belu.

Lebih lanjut, orang nomor satu di Polres Belu mengimbau para Perwira agar selalu membimbing, membina dan mengawasi anggotanya, baik didalam maupun diluar kedinasan.
“Sebagai manusia biasa Saya merasa berat dan sedih untuk melakukan upacara ini karena imbasnya bukan hanya kepada yang bersangkutan saja tetapi juga kepada keluarga besarnya”kata Kapolres Belu.
“Untuk itu Saya minta para Kabag, Kasat, Kasi, Kapolsek jajaran dan seluruh rekan-rekan Perwira agar selalu membimbing, membina dan mengawasi anggotanya, baik didalam maupun diluar kedinasan, sehingga tidak ada lagi pelanggaran sekecil apapun yang akan berakibat fatal bagi anggota. Dan momen hari ini hendaknya dijadikan pelajaran yang sangat berharga bagi kita semua agar selalu menjalankan tugas sesuai TUPOKSI kita sehingga tidak mencoreng dan merugikan diri sendiri, keluarga dan Institusi Polri yang kita cintai”tutup Kapolres Belu.,
Upacara pemberhentian dengan hormat, Pengda Tingkat I, Adelino Viana Cabral digelar secara In Absentia (tanpa kehadiran personil yang bersangkutan), dengan hanya menghadirkan foto anggota yang bersangkutan untuk dilabeli PDH TAPS oleh Kapolres Belu selaku Pimpinan.
Hadir dalam upacara pagi tadi pukul 08.30 wita antara lain Wakapolres Belu, KOMPOL I Putu Surawan, S.IP, Kabag Jarlat SPN Polda NTT, para Kabag, Kasat, Kapolsek jajaran, perwira Staf Polres Belu, pendamping siswa dari SPN Polda NTT serta para Mentor Polres Belu.
Sementara peserta apel terdiri dari personil Samapta, Intelkam, Reskrim, Lantas, Binmas, Resnarkoba, gabungan staf Polres Belu, Polsek jajaran serta satu peleton siswa latja SPN Polda NTT
