BMPS aksi unjuk rasa di depan pintu Pemkot Bekasi
Kota bekasi, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Badan Musyawarah Perguruan Swasta (BMPS) Kota Bekasi bakal melakukan langkah-langkah hukum yakni Somasi kepada Pemkot Bekasi apabila terjadi pelanggaran pada PPDB tahun 2023-2024.
Hal tersebut disampaikan oleh massa aksi guru yang tergabung dalam BMPS Kota Bekasi di depan Gerbang Pemkot Bekasi, di Jalan Ahmad Yani, Bekasi Selatan, Sabtu (23/6/2023) siang.
Dalam aksi damai itu, mereka yang datang kurang lebih dari 200 tenaga pendidik memberikan 11 tuntutan terhadap PPDB 2023-2024, diantaranya;
1. Pelaksanaan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru harus berjalan sesuai dengan Permendikbud No. 17 tahun 2017.
2. PPDB harus berjalan sesuai dengan Pergub No. 4864/HK.02.03/SEKRE/14.04.2023-Prov.Jabar.
3. PPDB harus berjalan sesuai dengan berialan sesuai dengan Juknis Perwal
4. PPDB jangan dipolitisasi.
5. PPDB jangan menjadi ajang kepentingan golongan, kelompok tertentu dan pribadi, tetapi untuk kepentingan bersama.
6.PPDB harus melihat dari sisi kualitas bukan dari sisi kuantitas.
7. PPDB harus Transparant, Akuntable, jujur, dan adil.
8. PPDB jangan menjadi tempat jual beli kursi.
9. Pemerintah Kota Bekasi melalui dinas pendidikan jangan membedakan antara sekolah negeri dan sekolah swasta, Contoh: penerimaan Bosda, peningkatan mutu guru.
10. Pemerintah Kota Bekasi melalui dinas pendidikan kurang berpihak kepada sekolah swasta.
11. Pemerintah Kota Bekasi harus mampu bersifat adil dan bijaksana terhadap sekolah swasta sehingga dapat menjadi panutan dan contoh suri tauladan.

Demikian 11 tuntutan aksi damai BMPS Kota Bekasi. Apabila dalam pelaksanaan dilapangan ditemukan pelanggaran kami akan melakukan langkah yang tegas diantara:
1. Somasi hukum.
2. Laporan ke pemerintah pusat.
3. Advokasi hukum baik yang sifatnya kelembagaan, perseorangan.
4. Kami terus tanpa henti akan melakukan aksi, apabila tidak ada tanggapan dan perubahan demi kebaikan pelaksanaan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru yang Baik.
