Kota Sukabumi, JURNAL TIPIKOR,-Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Sukabumi memberikan kemudahan bagi wajib pajak dengan penghapusan denda Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Pedesaan dan Perkotaan (PBB – P2) yang masih tertunggak pada periode tahun 2009 – 2022, hal ini disampaikan oleh Kepala UPTD PBB–P2 Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah (BPKPD), Andri Suryandi, pada Senin,(12/06/2023).
Ia menerangkan, tujuan dari penghapusan tersebut adalah meringankan beban masyarakat sebagai wajib pajak ditengah pemulihan kondisi ekonomi pasca terjadinya pandemi covid-19. Adapun kebijakan penghapusan denda tersebut berlaku mulai tanggal 1 Juni hingga 29 September 2023.
“Jadi yang dibebaskan itu sanksi administrasinya, jadi kan apabila ada wajib pajak dari tahun-tahun sebelumnya itu belum dibayarkan kewajibannya, setelah jatuh tempo ada sanksi administrasi sebesar 2 persen, nah untuk Bulan Juni hingga September 2023 dibebaskan, tidak perlu membayar sanksi administrasi atau denda.” Jelasnya.
Pengadaan 3000 Laptop untuk SD dan SMP di Kabupaten Sukabumi Diduga “Markup Anggaran”
Adapun ketika ditanya pencapaian PBB – P2 sejak awal tahun hingga saat ini, ia menyampaikan bahwa realisasi baru sekitar Rp. 3,6 miliar atau sekitar 41 persen dari target yang telah ditetapkan sekitar Rp. 9 miliar.
Dalam upaya mencapai target yang dibebankan kepada mereka, pihak UPTD PBB–P2 BPKPD memiliki dua strategi yakni penguatan pengelolaan PBB–P2 dari mulai pendaftaran, penilaian, penetapan, pelayanan dan penagihan. Kemudian strategi selanjutnya adalah perubahan pengelolaan pemungutan memanfaatkan teknologi digital.
“Sekarang wajib pajak bisa membuat salinan SPPT PBB melalui aplikasi sispeck, jadi tidak perlu datang. Terus juga dari sisi pembayaran tidak harus datang ke kantor, bisa melalui m–banking, ATM, marketplace, e–commerce seperti tokopedia, bukalapak. Wajib Pajak dirumah sambil duduk bisa melakukan pembayaran PBB–P2.” Jelasnya.
