PEMALANG, JURNAL TIPIKOR— Pj Kepala Desa Sodong Basari, Suwarno S.H, melantil perangkat desa Sodong Basari tahun 2023 di Balai Desa Sodong Basari, Kecamatan Belik, Senin (29/05/2023). Pelantikan ini dilakukan setelah para calon dinyatakan lolos seleksi pengisian perangkat desa.
Perangkat Desa Sodong Basari yang dilantik, antara lain : Wildan Failasuf Ariefian S.Sos sebagai Sekertaris Desa, Tyo Anwar Mujahidin A.Md sebagai Kasi Pemerintahan, Lia Maeliya Zakiyah sebagai Kasi Kesra & Pelayanan, Anis Ariviatun Nisa S.H sebagai Kaur TU Umum & Perencanaan, Nanda Urip Yulitasari sebagai Kaur Keuangan, dan Hasyim Ali sebagai Kadus Sodong Timur.
Hadir dalam acara pelantikan Forkompimca Belik, Kepala Desa se-Kecamatan Belik, BPD, RT, RW, tokoh Agama, Masyarakat, dan pengurus PKK.

Pada kesempatan tersebut, Pj Kepala Desa Sodong Basari, Suwarno S.H menyampaikan bahwa setelah perjalanan panjang, akhirnya perangkat desa lengkap telah terbentuk
karena sebelumnya hanya ada 3 Kadus dan 1 operator. Ia mengingatkan perangkat desa yang baru dilantik untuk segera memperkuat kerjasama dan sinergi diantara mereka.
Ia menekankan agar mereka (perangkat desa. red) menjadi sosok tangguj, tidak cengeng, dan tidak mengeluh. Pasalnya tugas melayani Masyarakat tidak mengenal jam kerja, harus siap menghadapi kenyataan dengan kesiapan yang baik, ujar Pj Kepala Desa Sodong Basari tersebut.

Camat Belik, Mujianto memberi pesan bahwa perangkat desa yang baru harus memahami tupoksinya dan harus mengetahui apa yang harus dikerjakan.
“Selain itu, koordinasi secara horizontal dan vertikal juga sangat penting. Komunikasi yang baik adalah kunci untuk menghindari masalah. Harus menjaga kekompakan dan solidaritas dalam menjalankan tugas, ” tambahnya.
Kepala Desa Sikasur, Kusin mengingatkan perangkat desa yang baru untuk menjalankan tugad dengan sepenuh hati, harus siap siaga 24 jam. Misalnya, jika terjadi kegaduhan pada pukul 2 pagi, perangkat desa harus segera menyelesaikan masalah tersebut sebagai bagian dari tugas. Ia juga menekankan pentingnya integritas dalam menjalankan kinerja.
