Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR- Aksi Koboy seorang Pemuda dengan membawa Pistol serta menggunakan Mobil Polisi di Jakarta Barat akhirnya ditangkap.
Polda Metro Jaya membeberkan identitas koboi jalanan yang menganiaya sopir taksi online bernama Hendra (42) di Jakarta Barat. Pelaku merupakan pria berusia 32 tahun atas nama David Yulianto warga Duren Seribu, Depok, Jawa Barat.
Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko mengatakan, David ditangkap tim gabungan Polres Metro Jakarta Barat (Jakbar), Ditreskrimsus dan Ditreskrimsus di Apartemen M Town, Serpong, Kabupaten Tangerang sore tadi.
“Dalam keterangannya, yang bersangkutan adalah karyawan swasta,” kata Trunoyudo di Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta, Jumat (5/5/2023) malam.
Kekinian, kata Trunoyudo, penyidik telah menetapkan David sebagai tersangka. Ia dijerat dengan Pasal 352 Juncto Pasal 335 KUHP dan atau Pasal 1 Ayat 1 Undang-Undang Darurat Republik Indonesia Nomor 12 Tahun 1951.
“Selamana-lamanya 20 tahun penjara,” jelas Trunoyudo.
Pelat Palsu
Video terkait peristiwa ini sempat diunggah akun Instagram milik Wakil Ketua Komisi III DPR RI Ahmad Sharoni. Dalam video tersebut pelaku nampak menggunakan mobil sedan Mazda dengan pelat nomor dinas Polri Polda Metro Jaya 10011-VII.
Pelaku diduga melakukan perbuatan tersebut karena tak terima laju kendaraannya dipotong oleh mobil korban. Pria tersebut lantas turun dari mobilnya, memaki, memukul, sambil menenteng pistol.
“Udah motong gue gob*** an**** lu enggak ada sori-sorinya,” kata pelaku dikutip dari video tersebut, Jumat (5/5/2023).
Trunoyudo telah memastikan pelat dinas Polri 10011-VII yang terpasang di mobil sedan Mazda milik David palsu. Menurutnya, pelat asli dengan nomor tersebut terpasang di mobil dinas jenis Toyota Kijang tahun 2003 milik Polda Metro Jaya.
“TNKB (tanda nomor kendaraan bermotor) yang digunakan terlapor saat ini masih terdaftar pada kendaraan jenis Toyota Kijang tahun 2003 dinas milik Polda Metro Jaya dan masih terpasang sesuai peruntukannya dengan masa berlaku 13/4/2022 sampai dengan 13/4/2023,” katanya.

When I originally commented I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I receive 4 emails with the exact same comment. Perhaps there is a way you are able to remove me from that service? Kudos.
