Serang, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Direktur dan Manager Operasional PT. Garuda Banten Perkasa, diciduk Tim Unit Pidum Satreskrim Polres Serang karena diduga melakukan penipuan terhadap 60 orang pencari kerja. Dari 60 orang pencari kerja itu, petinggi di PT. Garuda Banten Perkasa, mendapatkan keuntungan hingga puluhan juta rupiah. Adapun identitas tersangka yaitu MS alias Alex (43) selaku Direktur, dan SK (32) selaku Manager Operasional PT Garuda Banten Perkasa.
Kapolres Serang AKBP Yudha Satria mengatakan terungkapnya penipuan para pencari kerja ini, bermula dari laporan 5 orang korban. “Laporan kita terima ada lima korban. Lima korban ini yang memiliki kwitansi hanya empat orang atau bukti pemberian uang dari tersangka SK yakni manager operasional,” kata Kapolres saat konferensi pers di Polres Serang pada Jumat (28/04).
Yudha menjelaskan kelima korban yang melapor ke Mapolres Serang, menyerahkan uang kepada tersangka mulai dari Rp2 juta hingga Rp4 juta. “Para korban diminta untuk memberikan uang. Uang kurang lebih bervariasi kurang lebih ada yang 2 juta sampai dengan 4 juta,” jelas Kapolres didampingi Kanit Pidum Ipda Iwan Rudini dan Kasihumas Iptu Dedi Jumhaedi.

Lebih lanjut, Yudha mengungkapkan uang yang diperoleh para korban ini selanjutnya disetorkan kepada MS alias Alex selaku Direktur. “Diperoleh keterangan bahwa SK menyetorkan uang yang diterima kepada tersangka kedua inisial MS alias Alex. MS ini ternyata Direktur Garuda Banten Perkasa,” ungkap Yudha.
Yudha menambahkan dari pemeriksaan tersangka SK, ada sekitar 60 korban yang menyerahkan uang kepadanya. “Bahwa PT. Garuda Banten Perkasa ada sekitar 60 orang yang mendaftar dan menyerahkan uang,” tambahnya.
Yudha menerangkan para korban diiming-imingi bekerja di PT. Indo Global. Namun tak ada satupun korban yang bekerja disana meski telah menyerahkan uang. “60 orang yang mendaftar itu tidak bekerja. Di PT Indo Global setelah dicek tidak ada kerjasama antara PT Garuda dan PT Indo Global,” terangnya.

Yudha menegaskan untuk menyakinkan para korbannya, pelaku mengiklankan lowongan pekerjaan di media sosial. “Untuk menyakini pencari kerja, korban diberi ID card perusahaan dan kartu nama. Ini sudah berjalan sejak 2021,” tegasnya.
Selain ID Card untuk korban, Yudha menerangkan tersangka SK menggunakan gelar pendidikan palsu. Padahal manager operasional itu hanya lulusan SD. “SE (sarjana ekonomi, red) boleh nyetak sendiri, padahal lulusan sekolah dasar,” terangnya.
Atas perbuatannya itu, Yudha mengatakan keduanya akan dijerat dengan Pasal 378 KUHP tentang penipuan. “Untuk keduanya kita jerat dengan Pasal 378 KUHPidana, dengan ancaman hukuman 4 tahun penjara,” katanya.

Sementara itu tersangka MS alias Alex membatah jika dirinya memaksa dan mematok para korban untuk memberikan sejumlah uang. “Uangnya masih ada. Uang untuk biaya operasional,” katanya. (Bidhumas)
