Pejabat Balai Teknik Perkeretaapian DJKA Jateng Terkena OTT KPK, Inilah Kasusnya

SOLO, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi kembali lakukan Operasi Tangkap Tangan (OTT),  OTT KPK kali ini terhadap pejabat Balai Teknik Perkeretaapian DJKA Jateng terkait dugaan suap proyek jalur kereta api Tegal.

Kepala Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Kota Solo Taufiq Muhammad berharap pengerjaan proyek fisik di bawah DJKA Kemenhub yang ada di Solo tetap berjalan sesuai jadwal.

“Pekerjaan masih tetap berjalan. Semoga tidak ada (masalah). Tetap berlanjutlah,” kata Taufiq di Solo, Jawa Tengah, Rabu (12/4/2023).

Menurut Taufik, ada tiga proyek fisik yang sedang dikerjakan di Solo, yakni pembangunan jalur ganda Kereta Api Solo – Semarang Fase 1 (Solo Balapan – Kadipiro – Kalioso). Pembangunan ini meliputi pelebaran jalan di persimpangan sebidang Pasar Nongko, Viaduk Gilingan dan Elevated Rel di Palang Joglo.

Dia menyebutkan untuk pelebaran jalan di Pasar Nongko ditargetkan rampung pada H-7 Lebaran. Saat ini proyek tersebut baru tahap pemindahan sarana prasana kereta api.

Sementara untuk pengaspalan jalannya dilakukan oleh Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPU-PR) Kota Solo.

Kendati proyek masih berjalan, Taufiq mengaku tetap khawatir OTT pejabat Balai Teknik Perkeretaapian Kelas I Wilayah Jawa Bagian Tengah mengganggu pengerjaan proyek nasional tersebut.

“Ya ketar-ketir ya ketar-ketir. Masok ora ketar-ketir,” ucap dia.

Sebelumnya diberitakan, Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengamankan pejabat Balai Teknis Perkeretaapian Kelas 1 Wilayah Jawa Bagian Tengah (Jateng) dalam operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) di Semarang dan Jakarta.

Juru Bicara Penindakan dan Kelembagaan KPK Ali Fikri mengatakan, pihaknya juga mengamankan pejabat pembuat komitmen (PPK) proyek pekerjaan perkeretaapian dan pihak swasta.

Menurut Ali, orang-orang yang saat ini berstatus terperiksa itu diduga melakukan tindak pidana suap terkait proyek jalur kereta api Tegal.

“Saat ini pihak pihak yang ditangkap masih didalami keterangannya,” kata Ali dalam keterangan tertulisnya, Selasa (11/4/2023).

Ali mengatakan, status hukum para terperiksa akan ditentukan dalam 1×24 jam ke depan setelah mereka ditangkap.

Ali menyebut, dalam OTT itu tim KPK mengamankan sejumlah uang dalam pecahan rupiah dan asing. Namun, ia belum menyebutkan jumlah barang bukti yang diamankan tersebut karena masih dihitung dan dikonfirmasi ke para terperiksa.

“Uang yang diamankan sebagai bukti dalam bentuk rupiah dan mata uang asing,” ujar Ali.
