Immanuel Macron mengubah usia Pensiun dengan menambah dua tahun Umur dari PNS yang berusia 62 tahun menjadi 64 tahun.
Sedangkan Jokowi telah menetapkan batas usia Pensiun pada PP Nomor 11 Tahun 2017 tentang manajemen Pegawai Negeri Sipil atau PNS.
Dimana dalam peraturan tersebut dengan jelas menyebutkan batas usia PNS yang dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok jabatan.
Penetapan batas usia PNS dalam manajemen karir memiliki beberapa tujuan antara lain:
- Memberikan kejelasan dan kepastian karier kepada PNS
- Menyeimbangkan antara pengembangan karier PNS dan kebutuhan instansi
- Meningkatkan kompetensi dan kinerja PNS
- Mendorong peningkatan profesionalitas PNS
Sesuai PP Nomor 11 Tahun 2017, PNS yang telah mencapai batas usia Pensiun diberhentikan dengan hormat sebagai PNS.
BPJS Masuk dalam Struktur Kemenkes RI, Inilah yang Dikhawatirkan
Batas usia Pensiun PNS tersebut tidak hanya 58 dan 60 tahun melainkan seperti tercantum di bawah ini:
- 58 (lima puluh delapan) tahun bagi pejabat administrasi, pejabat fungsional ahli muda, pejabat fungsional ahli pertama, dan pejabat fungsional keterampilan
- 60 (enam puluh) tahun bagi pejabat pimpinan tinggi dan pejabat fungsional madya
- 65 (enam puluh lima) tahun bagi PNS yang memangku pejabat fungsional ahli utama
Demikian disampaikan, dimana Perancis baru memberlakukan batas usia Pensiun di Umur 64 tahun pada 2023.
Indonesia telah memberlakukan batas usia Pensiun PNS atau ASN di Umur 65 tahun sejak 2017.
Dimana Jokowi telah mengesahkan PP dengan batas usia Pensiun untuk jabatan fungsional ahli utama sampai dengan Umur 65 tahun.
