Pandeglang, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Unit Gakkum Satpolair Polres Pandeglang, berhasil menggagalkan aksi Ilegal Fishing benih bening lobster yang terjadi di Kampung Citeluk, Desa Padasuka, Kecamatan Cimanggu Kabupaten Pandeglang pada Jumat (31/03).
Kapolres Pandeglang AKBP Belny Warlansyah melalui Kasat Polair Polres Pandeglang AKP Zul Ahmadi membenarkan hal tersebut. “Benar pada Rabu (29/03) sekitar pukul 14.40 wib, Unit Gakkum Satpolair Polres Pandeglang yang dipimpin oleh Ipda Arry Zuwono telah berhasil mengamankan terduga pelaku illegal fishing berinisial A (33), warga Kampung Cigelius, Desa Cigelis, Kecamatan Cigelius Kabupaten Pandeglang,” ucap Zul.

“Team Unit Gakkum Satpolair Polres Pandeglang mengamaankan pelaku yang membawa baby lobster didalam karung warna putih Merk Fast Orange dengan menggunkan Sepeda motor R2 merk honda Scoopy dengan Nopol : A-5277-MS warna Cream kemudian unit gakkum membawa tersangka berikut barang bukti ke kantor Satpolairud Polres Pandeglang untuk dilakukan penyidikan lebih lanjut,” kata Zul.
Dalam hal ini Zul mengatakan pihaknya berhasil mengamkan beberapa barang bukti. “Kemudian barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan berupa satu unit Handphone, satu unit R2 Merk Honda Scoopy Nopol A-5277-MS Warna Cream, satu buah karung warna putih ber merek Fast Orange, sembilan plastik bening terbungkus dalam plastik hitam berisi baby Lobster jenis dengan jumlah keseluruhan 1.678 dengan rincian 1.611 ekor baby lobster jenis pasir dan 67 ekor baby lobster jenis mutiara, 11 plastik bening berisi terbungkus plastik warna merah besar berisi baby lobster dengan jumlah keseluruhan 1.771 dengan rincian 1641 ekor baby loba jenis pasir dan 130 ekor baby lobster jenis mutiara, tujuh plastik bening terbungkus dalam satu pelastik merah besar berisi baby lobster dengan jumlah keseluruhan 1.312 dengan rincian 1241 ekor baby lobster jenis pasir dan 71 ekor baby lobster jenis mutiara, 15 plastik bening terbungkus dalam satu pelastik merah besar berisi baby lobster dengan jumlah keseluruhan 2.965 dengan rincian 2801 ekor baby lobster dengan jenis pasir dan 164 ekor baby lobster jenis mutiara,” terang Zul.
