Pesta Miras di Bulan Ramadhan, Polsek Banjar Amankan 4 Pria dan 1 Wanita
Pandeglang, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Polsek Banjar Polres Pandeglang mengamankan 4 pria dan 1 wanita di sebuah rumah di Desa Cibodas, Kecamatan Banjar, Kabupaten Pandeglang. Penangkapan itu dilakukan setelah mendapat laporan dari masyarakat sekitar di Cibodas yang merasa terganggu dengan aktivitas pesta minuman keras (Miras) yang dilakukan para pemuda dibulan suci Ramadan pada Jumat (31/03).
Adapun Empat orang yang ditangkap itu berinisial IA (28) asal Desa Bandung, Kecamatan Banjar, Pandeglang, HA (28) asal Desa Pasirawi, Kecamatan Banjar, DR (20) asal Desa Pasirawi, dan NA (24) juga dari Desa Pasirawi sedangkan wanita yang ditangkap berinisial PA (25) asal Desa Cibodas.

Menurut Kapolsek Banjar Iptu Dadan menjelaskan bahwa kelompok tersebut telah pesta miras di bulan suci Ramadan, yang merupakan pelanggaran hukum dan adat setempat. “Kami dari Polsek Banjar menanggapi dengan cepat laporan tersebut dan kemudian mengamankan kelompok tersebut dan dibawa ke Mapolsek Banjar,” Jelas Dadan.
Dadan menerangkan bahwa kelima orang tersebut masih dalam pemeriksaan oleh pihaknya. Polsek Banjar akan menangani kasus ini sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku.
Diakhir Dadan mengingatkan kepada masyarakat untuk menghormati hukum dan adat istiadat setempat, terutama selama bulan suci Ramadhan, dan tidak melakukan kegiatan yang dapat mengganggu atau merugikan orang lain. “Kami berterima kasih kepada masyarakat setempat atas kerja sama mereka dalam melaporkan kejadian tersebut dan membantu menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban di desa,” tutup Dadan.
