Proyek Jalan Rp10 Miliar di Bengkulu Dikeluhkan Asal Jadi, Aktivis Soroti Kualitas Pekerjaan
Bengkulu, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Proyek pembangunan jalan di Provinsi Bengkulu kembali menuai sorotan tajam dari masyarakat dan aktivis. Salah satu proyek yang dilaksanakan oleh CV KK Global dengan nilai kontrak fantastis mencapai Rp10,899 miliar diduga kuat dikerjakan secara asal-asalan dan tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknis, menambah daftar panjang persoalan infrastruktur yang kerap dikeluhkan di daerah tersebut.
Publik berharap pemerintah provinsi dan dinas teknis terkait tidak berdiam diri dan segera melakukan evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap semua proyek infrastruktur yang sedang berjalan, serta menegakkan pengawasan yang lebih profesional dan terbuka.
Temuan Kejanggalan di Lapangan
Aktivis Provinsi Bengkulu, Icang Ho, yang turun langsung ke lapangan untuk meninjau pekerjaan tersebut, mengungkapkan kekecewaannya. Dalam pantauannya, Icang Ho menemukan sejumlah kejanggalan pada hasil pekerjaan proyek yang baru selesai dikerjakan itu.
“Saya melihat langsung di lokasi, jalan ini sudah bergelombang, bahkan ada tanda-tanda akan berlubang. Padahal proyek ini baru selesai dikerjakan,” ungkap Icang Ho kepada redaksi kantor-berita.com, Kamis (6/11/25).
Ia menilai kondisi permukaan jalan yang bergelombang dan berpotensi berlubang tersebut merupakan indikasi nyata adanya kelemahan pengawasan dan pekerjaan yang tidak dilakukan sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknis yang seharusnya.
Teguran Keras Terhadap Kualitas Pekerjaan
Icang Ho menegaskan bahwa masyarakat berhak mendapatkan hasil pembangunan yang berkualitas, terutama mengingat besarnya anggaran yang dikeluarkan pemerintah untuk proyek tersebut.
“Kalau proyek bernilai Rp10 miliar lebih dikerjakan asal jadi, itu sama saja membuang uang rakyat. Kualitas seperti ini jelas tidak bisa ditoleransi,” tegasnya.
Aktivis yang dikenal vokal terhadap isu transparansi publik itu juga mengingatkan pihak kontraktor agar segera melakukan perbaikan sesuai dengan standar pekerjaan.

Ia berjanji akan terus memantau proses patching dan perbaikan komponen utama struktur jalan, yakni Base B dan Base A.
“Nanti proses patching akan kami pantau secara seksama, termasuk penggunaan Base B dan Base A. Semua harus sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknis, bukan asal aspal,” kata Icang.
Merusak Nama Baik Program Unggulan Pemprov
Lebih lanjut, Icang Ho menyinggung proyek jalan ini dalam konteks program unggulan Pemerintah Provinsi Bengkulu yang dikenal dengan nama ‘1000 Jalan Mulus’.
Menurutnya, program tersebut seharusnya menjadi simbol keberhasilan pemerintah daerah dalam membangun infrastruktur berkualitas, namun justru berpotensi tercoreng oleh pekerjaan yang tidak profesional.
“Program ‘1000 Jalan Mulus’ itu niatnya baik, tapi kalau dikerjakan seperti ini, malah bisa merusak nama baik Gubernur Bengkulu Helmi Hasan. Program besar seperti ini harus diawasi dengan ketat,” ujar Icang, mendesak Pemerintah Provinsi untuk segera bertindak.
