PERSIB BANDUNG RAUP KEMENANGAN TIPIS 1-0 ATAS WESTERN SYDNEY WANDERERS

BANDUNG, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Persib Bandung berhasil memetik kemenangan tipis 1-0 atas tim asal Australia, Western Sydney Wanderers (WSW), dalam laga persahabatan internasional yang digelar di Stadion Gelora Bandung Lautan Api (GBLA), Kota Bandung, pada Sabtu malam.

Kemenangan ini menjadi modal penting bagi Persib dalam mempersiapkan diri menghadapi musim kompetisi 2025/2026.

Meskipun bertindak sebagai tuan rumah, Persib sempat kesulitan di awal pertandingan dan berada di bawah tekanan tim tamu yang tampil agresif.

WSW nyaris membuka keunggulan pada menit ke-9 melalui sepakan keras Anthony Pantazopoulos yang sayangnya hanya membentur tiang gawang yang dijaga Teja Paku Alam.

Persib perlahan mulai keluar dari tekanan dan balik menyerang memasuki pertengahan babak pertama. Beberapa peluang tercipta, termasuk serangan balik cepat pada menit ke-30 yang dieksekusi Berguinho, namun tendangannya masih mampu ditepis oleh penjaga gawang WSW. Hingga babak pertama usai, skor imbang 0-0 tetap bertahan.

Memasuki babak kedua, Persib tampil lebih dominan. Namun, WSW kembali memberikan ancaman serius pada menit ke-51 saat tendangan bebas Steven Petru Ugarkovic kembali mengenai tiang gawang, kali ini yang dijaga Adam Przybek.

Akhirnya, Persib berhasil memecah kebuntuan pada menit ke-55. Melalui tendangan melengkung yang indah dari luar kotak penalti, William Moreira da Silva mencatatkan namanya di papan skor.

Tendangan tersebut gagal diantisipasi kiper lawan dan menjadi satu-satunya gol dalam pertandingan ini.

Hingga peluit panjang dibunyikan, tidak ada gol tambahan tercipta. Skor 1-0 menjadi hasil akhir kemenangan bagi Maung Bandung.

Laga persahabatan ini merupakan bagian dari persiapan Persib menjelang musim kompetisi 2025/2026 yang akan datang, termasuk keikutsertaannya di Liga 1 Indonesia dan AFC Champions League Two (ACL).
