Pemerintah Kota Bandung Jajaki Kerja Sama Pengelolaan Sampah dengan PT Adhi Karya, Targetkan Olah 700 Ton Sampah Harian

BANDUNG, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Bandung menjajaki potensi kerja sama dengan PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk dalam upaya pengelolaan sampah, khususnya melalui teknologi Refused Derived Fuel (RDF) Carbonized.

Langkah ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen Pemkot Bandung untuk mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) Sarimukti.

Wakil Wali Kota Bandung, Erwin, menyatakan bahwa kerja sama ini bertujuan untuk mempercepat dan mengoptimalkan pengolahan sampah di Kota Bandung.

“Kita upayakan menghilangkan ketergantungan ke TPA Sarimukti, karena bagaimanapun juga akan tutup. Jadi, sampah di Kota Bandung harus diolah lebih cepat dan tepat. Selain itu, transportasi sampah juga jadi lebih ringan,” ujar Erwin di Balai Kota Bandung, Senin 28 Juli 2025.

Saat ini, Kota Bandung mampu mengolah sekitar 400 ton sampah per hari dari total produksi harian yang mencapai 1.500 ton.

Dengan adanya kerja sama ini, Pemkot Bandung menargetkan peningkatan kapasitas pengolahan sampah minimal 700 ton per hari, sehingga penanganan sampah menjadi lebih maksimal dan efisien.

“Kalau kita sudah bisa mengolah sendiri, mengapa harus buang ke TPA Sarimukti? Apalagi nanti bakal ada Legok Nangka. Hitungan tipping fee yang kami bayarkan masuk akal. Apalagi ini pakai teknologi RDF, yang aman dan punya nilai ekonomi,” ungkap Erwin.

Dalam skema kerja sama ini, Pemkot Bandung akan menyediakan lahan seluas 1,5 hektare di wilayah Gedebage, yang sebelumnya direncanakan untuk proyek bersama Kementerian PUPR.

Pemkot Bandung juga akan membayar tipping fee sebesar Rp350 ribu per ton, yang anggarannya telah masuk dalam Perubahan APBD tahun 2025.

Erwin optimistis dengan kerja sama ini mengingat PT Adhi Karya merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang profesional. “Secara prinsip, PT Adhi Karya menyatakan siap.

Kami optimistis karena perusahaan ini BUMN profesional. Kami juga yakini wilayah Gedebage aman dari penolakan masyarakat karena lahannya memang sudah siap bangun, tanpa polusi dan gangguan lainnya,” katanya.

Rencana kerja sama ini akan segera dilaporkan kepada Wali Kota Bandung untuk ditindaklanjuti dan diambil keputusan.

Di sisi lain, Project Manager Unit Operasi Bisnis Lingkungan PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, Anggara Satria Perdana Putra, menjelaskan bahwa teknologi yang akan digunakan adalah inovasi lokal.

“Teknologi ini menggunakan alat penghasil panas efisien untuk mengubah sampah padat menjadi arang sampah atau RDF carbonized. Ini bisa menggantikan batu bara di boiler industri.

Di Bandung banyak pabrik tekstil yang sebelumnya pakai batu bara, nanti bisa beralih ke bahan bakar hijau dari sampah,” jelas Anggara. Jika berjalan lancar, pembangunan instalasi pengolahan sampah ini ditargetkan selesai dalam waktu 6 hingga 8 bulan ke depan. (*)
