KPK Menyidik Dugaan Korupsi pada Perusahaan Patungan RI-Jepang, PPT Energy Trading Co., Ltd.
Jakarta, JURNAl TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengungkapkan sedang menyidik kasus dugaan korupsi terkait pengelolaan investasi dan pinjaman jangka panjang pada perusahaan patungan antara Indonesia dan Jepang, PPT Energy Trading Co., Ltd (PPT ET).
Kasus ini memiliki kaitan dengan kasus korupsi Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) yang sebelumnya sudah ditangani KPK.
Pelaksana Tugas Deputi Penindakan dan Eksekusi KPK, Asep Guntur Rahayu, mengatakan kasus ini berhubungan dengan PT Pertamina (Persero) dan merupakan bagian dari kasus tata niaga LNG yang sedang berjalan.
“Ini masih terkait dengan masalah tata niaga kemarin (kasus LNG),” ujar Asep, Sabtu (2/8).

KPK telah memulai penyidikan kasus PPT ET sejak 30 Juli 2025. Dalam prosesnya, KPK telah mengeluarkan surat pencegahan bepergian ke luar negeri terhadap tiga orang: MH dari PPT ET, serta MZ dan OA yang merupakan pihak swasta.
KPK juga telah menetapkan tersangka dalam kasus ini, tetapi identitasnya belum diumumkan ke publik.
Kaitan dengan Kasus LNG Pertamina
Kasus LNG yang dimaksud adalah dugaan korupsi dalam pengadaan gas alam cair di PT Pertamina (Persero) pada tahun 2011–2021.
KPK telah menetapkan beberapa tersangka dalam kasus ini:
- Karen Agustiawan, mantan Direktur Utama Pertamina (2011–2014), yang divonis 13 tahun penjara oleh Mahkamah Agung.
- Yenni Andayani, mantan Direktur Gas Pertamina dan Plt. Dirut Pertamina, yang ditahan pada 31 Juli 2025.
- Hari Karyuliarto, mantan Direktur Gas Pertamina, yang juga ditahan pada 31 Juli 2025.
Berdasarkan laman resmi PPT ET, diketahui Pertamina merupakan pemegang 50 persen saham perusahaan patungan ini. Sementara 50 persen saham lainnya dipegang oleh 13 perusahaan asal Jepang, termasuk Toyota Motor Corporation dan ENEOS Corporation.
