KPK Duga Bupati Pati Sudewo Terima Dana Suap Proyek Kereta Api Kemenhub
Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menyatakan bahwa Bupati Pati, Jawa Tengah,
Sudewo, diduga menjadi salah satu pihak yang menerima suap terkait kasus korupsi proyek pembangunan dan pemeliharaan jalur kereta api di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Perkeretaapian (DJKA) Kementerian Perhubungan.
“Ya, benar. Saudara SDW merupakan salah satu pihak yang diduga juga menerima aliran commitment fee terkait dengan proyek pembangunan jalur kereta,” ujar Juru Bicara KPK Budi Prasetyo di Jakarta, Rabu (13/8).

Budi Prasetyo menambahkan, KPK membuka kemungkinan untuk memanggil Sudewo sebagai saksi dalam kasus ini.
“Nanti kami lihat kebutuhan dari penyidik. Tentu jika memang dibutuhkan keterangan dari yang bersangkutan, maka akan dilakukan pemanggilan,” jelasnya.
Nama Sudewo sendiri sebelumnya telah muncul dalam persidangan kasus tersebut pada 9 November 2023 di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Semarang.

Saat itu, KPK disebut telah menyita uang sekitar Rp3 miliar dari Sudewo, yang dibuktikan dengan foto uang tunai dalam pecahan rupiah dan mata uang asing.
Namun, Sudewo membantah tuduhan tersebut, termasuk dugaan penerimaan uang sebesar Rp720 juta dari pegawai PT Istana Putra Agung dan Rp500 juta dari Bernard Hasibuan, yang merupakan Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) Balai Teknik Perkeretaapian (BTP) Jawa Bagian Tengah.
Kasus ini bermula dari operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) yang dilakukan KPK pada 11 April 2023. Hingga saat ini, KPK telah menetapkan 15 orang tersangka, termasuk ASN Kemenhub Risna Sutriyanto yang baru ditahan pada 12 Agustus 2025.

Selain itu, dua korporasi juga telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.
Modus korupsi yang terungkap diduga melibatkan pengaturan pemenang tender proyek melalui rekayasa sejak proses administrasi hingga penentuan pemenang.
Proyek-proyek tersebut mencakup pembangunan jalur kereta di Jawa, Sumatera, dan Sulawesi, termasuk di antaranya proyek di Solo, Makassar, dan Lampegan Cianjur.
