KPK Dalami Pengadaan Digitalisasi SPBU Pertamina, Periksa Dua Saksi dari Telkom
JAKARTA,JURNAL TIPIKOR -Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terus mendalami kasus dugaan korupsi terkait pengadaan digitalisasi Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) di PT Pertamina (Persero) periode 2018–2023.
Hal ini dilakukan dengan memeriksa dua orang saksi dari PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) pada Kamis, 23 Oktober 2025.
Juru Bicara KPK Budi Prasetyo menjelaskan bahwa pemeriksaan saksi kali ini fokus pada materi pengadaan dan potensi kerugian negara.
“Pada pemeriksaan kali ini, penyidik melakukan pendalaman materi kepada para saksi terkait pengadaan digitalisasi SPBU PT Pertamina (Persero), yang kemudian berkaitan dengan hitungan kerugian negaranya,” ujar Budi kepada para jurnalis di Jakarta, Jumat (24/10/2025).

Dua saksi yang diperiksa adalah AH selaku OSM Service Operation SDA PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) tahun 2020–2021 dan DK selaku Senior Advisor II SDA Telkom Indonesia tahun 2020. Mereka dimintai keterangan untuk penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi dalam proyek tersebut.
Latar Belakang Kasus
KPK telah memulai penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan digitalisasi SPBU di Pertamina sejak September 2024.
Peningkatan status dari penyelidikan ke penyidikan diumumkan pada 20 Januari 2025, diikuti dengan pemanggilan sejumlah saksi pada tanggal yang sama.
KPK kemudian mengumumkan penetapan tersangka pada kasus ini, dengan jumlah tiga orang, pada 31 Januari 2025.
Pada 28 Agustus 2025, KPK mengungkapkan bahwa penyidikan kasus telah memasuki tahap akhir, dengan fokus pada penghitungan kerugian keuangan negara bersama Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI.
Keterkaitan Tersangka
Pada perkembangan lain, KPK juga mengumumkan pada 6 Oktober 2025 bahwa salah satu tersangka kasus digitalisasi SPBU sama dengan tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi dalam pengadaan mesin electronic data capture (EDC) di PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia atau BRI (Persero) pada tahun 2020–2024.
Tersangka tersebut adalah Elvizar (EL), yang diketahui menjabat sebagai Direktur PT Pasifik Cipta Solusi (PCS) saat kasus digitalisasi SPBU, dan Direktur Utama PCS dalam kasus mesin EDC.
KPK berkomitmen untuk menuntaskan penyidikan kasus ini demi memberantas korupsi dan memulihkan kerugian keuangan negara.
