Dukun Cabul di Kaur Jadi Tersangka, Modus Pengobatan Berujung Pencabulan Gadis di Bawah Umur
Kaur, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Unit Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (PPA) Polres Kaur, Polda Bengkulu telah menetapkan T (64), seorang dukun pengobatan tradisional, sebagai tersangka kasus pencabulan terhadap anak di bawah umur.
Tersangka yang merupakan warga Desa Tanjung Baru, Kecamatan Maje, Kabupaten Kaur, diamankan setelah dilaporkan oleh bibi korban pada 21 Oktober 2025.
Korban, yang diidentifikasi sebagai Bunga (17) (bukan nama sebenarnya), diketahui berasal dari Kabupaten Ciamis, Jawa Barat.
“Untuk pelaku pencabulan terhadap korban di bawah umur telah ditetapkan tersangka. Sedangkan saat ini penyidik masih melakukan pemeriksaan baik itu ke korban maupun ke tersangka,” kata Kapolres Kaur AKBP Yuriko Fernanda, SH, S.IK, MH melalui Kasi Humas Polres Kaur Iptu Slamet Ambyah, SH, pada Senin, 3 November 2025.
Kronologi Kejadian: Obat Bius dan Dua Kali Aksi
Kasi Humas Polres Kaur menjelaskan kronologi kasus yang berawal pada September 2025. Korban dibawa oleh bibinya untuk berobat kepada tersangka T, yang dikenal sebagai dukun yang paham pengobatan tradisional.
- Aksi Pertama di Rumah Tersangka:
Tersangka menyanggupi pengobatan dengan syarat korban tidak boleh ditemani siapa pun, karena dianggap penyakit korban cukup parah. - Saat berdua, tersangka memberikan korban air putih yang sudah dijampi-jampi.
- Setelah meminum air tersebut, korban tidak sadarkan diri atau tertidur, dan saat itulah tersangka melancarkan aksi bejatnya dengan menyetubuhi korban.

* Merasa ketagihan, tersangka meminta bibi korban kembali mengantar korban dengan alasan pengobatan harus dilakukan di lokasi lain, yaitu di Kecamatan Tetap. - Di tempat kedua, tepatnya di pondok-pondok persawahan, tersangka kembali memberikan air minum dan melakukan aksinya yang kedua.
- Saat aksi kedua ini, korban terbangun dan merasakan sakit di bagian sensitifnya. Korban kemudian menceritakan kejadian tersebut kepada bibinya.
Ancaman Hukuman 15 Tahun Penjara
Tidak terima dengan perbuatan tersangka, bibi korban segera membuat laporan ke pihak berwajib. Penyidik PPA Polres Kaur kemudian melakukan penangkapan dan menetapkan T sebagai tersangka.

Tersangka T akan dijerat dengan pasal berlapis, yaitu Pasal 81 ayat 1 dan 2 atau Pasal 82 ayat 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Perlindungan Anak, Jo Pasal 76D dan 76E Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014, serta jo Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual (TPKS).
Tersangka menghadapi ancaman hukuman maksimal 15 tahun penjara.
