CORONG JABAR: RUPS BANK BJB HARUS TEMPATKAN DIREKSI DAN KOMISARIS PROFESIONAL, BEBAS DARI UNSUR POLITIS!

Bandung,  JURNAL TIPIKOR – Lembaga Perhimpunan Corong Jabar (Politisi, Kepala Daerah, Akademisi, Profesi, dan Tokoh Jawa Barat) mendesak para pemegang saham Bank BJB untuk memastikan bahwa penempatan jajaran Direksi dan Komisaris yang baru dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) mendatang dilakukan secara profesional dan transparan, serta terlepas dari intervensi atau unsur politis apapun.

Desakan ini disampaikan menyusul kekosongan posisi Direktur Utama Bank BJB, serta posisi direksi dan dua komisaris yang dikembalikan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), yang memerlukan perhatian serius dari pemegang saham.

BJB: Uang Rakyat, Tanggung Jawab Moral dan Profesional

Ketua Presidium Corong Jabar, Yusuf Sumpena, S.H., Spm., atau yang akrab disapa Kang Iyus, menekankan bahwa Bank BJB adalah salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) vital milik Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat dan Banten yang harus dijaga bersama.

“BJB adalah milik kita semua, mayoritas pemegang saham tertinggi adalah Pemerintah Provinsi Jabar (38.52%) dan Pemerintah Kota/Kabupaten se-Jawa Barat (24.15%). Ini artinya uang rakyat yang dikelola. Bank BJB bukanlah perusahaan firma atau koperasi, jadi penempatan pemimpinnya jangan asal-asalan dan jangan ada unsur politis maupun titipan politisi,” tegas Kang Iyus.

Kriteria Pemimpin BJB yang Harus Dipenuhi

Kang Iyus menambahkan bahwa kekosongan jabatan saat ini, serta permasalahan yang terjadi sebelumnya, harus menjadi pelajaran. Ia berharap RUPS menempatkan pemimpin yang memiliki standar tinggi dan kapabilitas yang teruji.

“Saya berharap penempatan Dirut dan jajaran direksi serta komisaris harus profesional, paham banking business and banking management, memiliki integritas tinggi, kapabilitas, dedikasi, dan track record yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan,” jelasnya.

Hal ini krusial karena dana yang dikelola adalah uang rakyat, dan nasabahnya mayoritas adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), khususnya masyarakat Jawa Barat.

Apresiasi untuk OJK dan Harapan ke Depan

Dalam kesempatan ini, keluarga besar Corong Jabar juga menyampaikan duka cita mendalam: “Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un. Kami turut berduka cita atas wafatnya Direktur Utama BJB Bapak Yusuf Sa’adudin. Semoga almarhum husnul khotimah,” ucap Kang Iyus.

Kang Iyus memberikan apresiasi tinggi kepada OJK atas tindakannya yang selektif dalam menentukan jajaran direksi dan komisaris BJB sebelumnya.

“Saya memberikan apresiasi kepada OJK yang telah selektif. Dan saya berharap BJB, dengan kepemimpinan yang profesional nanti, harus mampu memberikan kontribusi nyata untuk masyarakat Jawa Barat,” tutup Kang Iyus.
