JURNAL TIPIKOR – Wakil Ketua Komisi A DPRD Kota Bandung H. Agus Andi Setyawan, S.Pd.I., menghadiri Rapat Pleno Rekapitulasi Pemilu 2024 Tingkat Kota Bandung, di Hotel Grand Pasundan, Kamis, 29 Februari 2024.
Acara yang digelar Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kota Bandung ini meliputi Rapat Pleno Rekapitulasi dan Perhitungan Perolehan Suara dan Penetapan Hasil Pemilihan Umum Tahun 2024 Tingkat Kota Bandung, yang berlangsung 29 Februari hingga 4 Maret 2024.
Ketua KPU Kota Bandung, Wenti Prihadianti menjelaskan, rapat pleno ini merupakan tahapan lanjutan setelah rampungnya proses perhitungan perolehan suara di tingkat kecamatan.

Dalam rangkaian acaranya, rapat pleno diawali dengan pembacaan formulir model D hasil dari PPK di Kota Bandung, untuk kemudian dilakukan sinkronisasi dengan hasil rekap dari aplikasi Sirekap.
“Semoga bisa berjalan dengan lancar,” ujarnya.
Wakil Ketua Komisi A DPRD Kota Bandung Agus Andi Setyawan menuturkan, dalam proses pemilu KPU harus menunjukkan prinsip langsung, umum, bebas, rahasia, jujur, dan adil (Luber Jurdil).
“Luber Jurdil harus bisa ditegakkan. Karena persaingan-persaingan di partai politik di dalam perhitungan suara itu luar biasa,” katanya.
Oleh karena itu, kata Agus Andi, yang harus dikedepankan adalah transparansi di setiap proses dan tahapan. Diharapkan tidak ada hal-hal yang merusak proses atau hasil dari proses Pemilu.
“Mudah-mudahan kita harapkan para komisioner KPU dan para saksi bisa satu sama lain punya prinsip dalam integritas di bidang ini. Kalau hilang integritas maka akan ada berbagai macam hal yang kita tidak inginkan terjadi,” ujarnya.

Agus Andi menambahkan, bilamana terjadi perselisihan maka dipersilakan ke ranah selanjutnya hingga Mahkamah Konstitusi. Ia berharap proses rekapitulasi ini bisa berjalan tanpa hambatan.
“Mudah-mudahan perhitungan suara dan penetapan dari hasil rekapitulasi suara Pemilu berjalan lancar. KPU juga insyaallah bisa berdiri secara integritasnya, kita doakan, dan seluruh stakeholder lainnya bisa disepakati bersama, tidak ada hal-hal yang kita tidak inginkan,” tuturnya.
Agus Andi pun menyampaikan terima kasihnya kepada warga Kota Bandung yang telah mengikuti Pemilu sekaligus menjaga perdamaian sepanjang tahapannya.
“Saya, khususnya dari DPRD Kota Bandung, partai politik juga, memberikan apresiasi yang sangat luar biasa besarnya kepada masyarakat Kota Bandung yang alhamdulillah senantiasa menjaga kondusivitas di dalam proses Pemilu yang sudah berjalan. Tidak ada hal-hal yang luar biasa, yang kita tidak inginkan. Alhamdulillah semua berjalan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu jaga kembali Kota Bandung ini, jaga bersama, saguyub, sauyunan, insyaallah terus kita jaga ke depannya,” ucapnya.* (Humas DPRD)
