JURNAL TIPIKOR – Pimpinan dan Anggota Fraksi DPRD Kota Bandung menghadiri konsultasi publik rancangan awal Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) Kota Bandung Tahun 2025, di Horison Ultima Hotel, Bandung, Selasa (27/2/2024).
Dalam kesempatan tersebut hadir drg. Maya Himawati, Dr. Uung Tanuwidjaja, S.E., M.M., H. Andri Rusmana, S.Pd.I., Rieke Suryaningsih, S.H., dan Hj. Salmiah Rambe, S.Pd.I., M.Sos.
Dalam sambutannya, Anggota DPRD Kota Bandung Hj. Salmiah Rambe mengatakan, berdasarkan undang-undang Nomor 25 tahun 2004 tentang Sistem Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional menyebutkan bahwa pemerintah daerah wajib menyusun RKPD.
“Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah berfungsi sebagai dokumen perencanaan daerah untuk satu tahun,” tuturnya.

Ia menjelaskan, perencanaan pembangunan daerah adalah salah satu proses penyusunan tahapan-tahapan kegiatan. Proses ini melibatkan unsur pemangku kepentingan dalam pemanfaatan dan pengalokasian sumber daya yang ada.
“Hal ini dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial dalam suatu lingkungan wilayah atau daerah, dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Meliputi Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Daerah (RPJPD), Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) dan Rencana Kerja Pembangunan Daerah (RKPD),” ujarnya.
Ia menambahkan, konsultasi publik ini adalah wujud dari komitmen pemerintah daerah untuk melibatkan seluruh elemen masyarakat. Terutama dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan daerah.
Dengan demikian, setiap suara dan pandangan merupakan bagian yang berharga. Sehingga akan membantu menghasilkan kebijakan yan lebih baik dan berdampak positif bagi seluruh warga Kota Bandung.
Dalam era dinamika yang terus berkembang, ia melanjutkan, kolaborasi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat sangatlah penting.
“Oleh karena itu, mari bersama-sama kita evaluasi, diskusikan, dan perbaiki rancangan awal RKPD Kota Bandung Tahun 2025. Agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan maayarakat secara lebih efektif dan inklusif,” ujarnya.

DPRD berharap hasil dari diskusi ini dapat menjadi pijakan yang kokoh bagi pembangunan Kota Bandung, yang lebih berkelanjutan, inklusif, dan berdaya saing.
