JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kejaksaan Tinggi Nusa Tenggara Barat memanggil pihak Bank NTB Syariah terkait laporan dugaan korupsi senilai Rp26,4 miliar yang muncul dalam pekerjaan 13 proyek fisik dan penyaluran kredit.
Juru Bicara Kejati NTB Efrien Saputera di Mataram, Senin, membenarkan bahwa pihaknya melakukan pemanggilan tersebut.
“Iya, terkait laporan dugaan korupsinya, kami layangkan panggilan kepada pihak Bank NTB Syariah,” kata Efrien.
Sejak laporan diterima pada awal tahun 2024, dia mengatakan bahwa sudah ada enam orang dari pihak Bank NTB Syariah yang memenuhi panggilan Kejati NTB.
“Kalau yang pekan lalu, baru satu orang. Hari ini lima orang,” ujarnya.

Untuk lima orang yang datang hari ini, jelas dia, berasal dari bidang analis dan direktur pembiayaan pada Bank NTB Syariah.
Dia mengatakan bahwa kelima orang dari Bank NTB Syariah menghadap tim jaksa di bidang intelijen untuk memberikan klarifikasi atas laporan dugaan korupsi tersebut.
“Apa materinya, Itu belum bisa kami sampaikan, karena ini masih penyelidikan. Yang jelas, mereka diklarifikasi,” kata Efrien.
Dugaan korupsi Rp26,4 miliar pada pekerjaan 13 proyek fisik dan penyaluran kredit ini muncul berdasarkan temuan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) NTB dan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) NTB.

Temuan tersebut menjadi bahan kelengkapan laporan yang masuk ke Kejati NTB maupun Polda NTB.
Pelapor yang menindaklanjuti temuan tersebut adalah seorang Guru Besar Universitas Mataram di bidang ilmu hukum, yakni Profesor Zainal Asikin.(*)
