JURNAL TIPIKOR – Anggota Dewan Pengawas Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (Dewas KPK) Albertina Ho mengatakan perkiraan nilai pungutan liar di Rumah Tahanan (Rutan) KPK mencapai Rp6,148 miliar.
“Jadi, teman-teman menanyakan totalnya berapa? Saya tidak bisa menyatakan yang pasti, tetapi sekitar Rp6,148 miliar sekian itu total kami di Dewas,” kata Albertina di Gedung Pusat Edukasi Antikorupsi KPK, Jakarta Selatan, Senin.
Albertina kemudian menjelaskan nominal yang diduga diterima para pihak terkait perkara pungli tersebut bervariasi, dengan penerimaan terbesar mencapai Rp504 juta.
“Lalu kalau kita hubungkan dengan uang-uang yang diterima itu paling sedikit itu menerima Rp1 juta, dan yang paling banyak menerima Rp504 juta sekian itu yang paling banyak,” ujarnya.
Pemeriksaan oleh Dewan Pengawas KPK menemukan ada 93 pegawai KPK yang diduga terlibat dalam perkara pungli di Rutan KPK.
Sebanyak 93 pegawai lembaga antirasuah itu akan berhadapan dengan Majelis Sidang Kode Etik Dewan Pengawas KPK pada Rabu, 17 Januari 2024.

Albertina mengatakan sidang kode etik itu akan terbagi dalam sembilan berkas, masing-masing enam berkas untuk 90 orang dan tiga berkas lainnya masing-masing untuk satu orang.
“Kasus pungli rutan ini dibagi dalam enam perkara yang akan disidangkan segera dan ada tiga lagi yang akan disidangkan setelah perkara ini. Jadi, kita bagi dalam sembilan berkas karena yang terlibat cukup banyak ada 93 (orang),” katanya.
Albertina mengatakan pemisahan berkas sidang etik itu dilakukan karena penerapan pasal kode etik yang berbeda. Namun, dia tidak menjelaskan lebih lanjut soal pasal yang diterapkan. (*)
