Sidoarjo, JURNAL TIPIKOR – PT KAI Daerah Operasional (Daop) 8 Surabaya memastikan proses evakuasi sarana lokomotif dan Kereta Api (KA) Pandalungan yang mengalami anjlok telah selesai dilakukan pada pukul 00.22 WIB dan sudah dapat dilintasi KA.
Manager Humas KAI Daop 8 Surabaya Luqman Arif dalam keterangannya di Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Senin, mengatakan KA pertama yang melintasi jalur tersebut yakni KA Blambangan Ekspres relasi Ketapang – Semarang Tawang Bank Jateng dengan kecepatan terbatas 20 km/jam pada pukul 03.11 WIB, dan jalur tersebut masih dalam pengawasan dan perbaikan petugas.
“KAI Daop 8 Surabaya mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat dalam proses evakuasi KA Pandalungan dan normalisasi jalur KA di emplasemen Stasiun Tanggulangin,” ucapnya.

Luqman menjelaskan dalam insiden tersebut seluruh pelanggan maupun petugas KA Pandalungan selamat dan tidak ada yang terluka. Selain itu pihaknya telah memberikan alternatif solusi transportasi untuk mengantar pelanggan sampai ke tujuan masing-masing.
“Para pelanggan terdampak dilakukan proses peralihan transportasi dengan menggunakan bus yang disediakan di Stasiun Bangil maupun Sidoarjo,” katanya.
Tak hanya itu, kata dia, para calon pelanggan yang membatalkan perjalanannya berikut juga tiket persambungan, dapat melakukan pembatalan tiket dengan pengembalian bea 100 persen di luar bea pesan hingga H+7 keberangkatan.

Sementara terkait anjloknya KA Pandalungan, kata dia, KAI bersama pihak terkait akan menyelidiki dan mengevaluasi penyebabnya. Hal tersebut, lanjutnya, sebagai wujud komitmen KAI dalam memberikan layanan jasa transportasi yang aman dan nyaman.
“Dengan selesainya normalisasi jalur KA, maka seluruh KA yang melintas baik jarak jauh maupun lokal yang melintasi Stasiun Tanggulangin sudah normal dengan kecepatan terbatas,” ujarnya. (*)
