JURNAL TIPIKOR — Anggot kompi 4 Batalyon C Pelopor Satbrimob Polda Jabar melaksanakan patroli harkamtibmas dalam rangka mencegah dan mengantisipasi terjadinya aksi kejahatan pencurian hewan ternak di desa Wanasaba Kidul kecamatan Talun kabupaten Cirebon.
Untuk menjaga keamanan dan menjalin silaturahim dengan masyarakat. Kehadiran petugas Kepolisian di tengah-tengah warga agar bisa dirasakan ketenangan dan kenyamanan serta mencintai lingkungan yang aman dan kondusif.
Dalam patroli kali ini menyambangi rumah warga yang memiliki ternak seperti kambing, ayam atau sapi Dalam rangka mencegah dan mengantisipasi terjadinya aksi kejahatan pencurian hewan ternak.
Maraknya kasus pencurian ternak membuat masyarakat menjadi resah, pelaku pencurian ternak bukan lagi pelaku yang amatir bahkan ada pelaku yang memang sudah menjadi spesialis curi ternak, sehingga dengan mengetahui faktor- faktor pencurian ternak kita dapat mengetahui apa yang menjadi penyebabnya faktor ekonomi, faktor niat dan kesempatan.
Komandan Satuan Brimob Polda Jabar Kombes Pol. Yuri Karsono S.I.K. mengatakan “kegiatan Patroli dan sambang yang dilakukan Anggota Brimob ke warga tersebut sebagai upaya untuk senantiasa menyampaikan pesan – pesan Kamtibmas kepada masyarakat pemilik ternak agar tidak terjadi pencurian ternak serta demi menciptakan situasi kondusif dan menjaga keamanan serta ketertiban masyarakat”
