Advent Pratama awalnya disebut meninggal karena kelelahan usai apel siang. Korban sempat dibawa rumah sakit, tapi akhirnya meninggal dunia.
Sementara keluarga menilai Advent Pratama mengalami tindak kekerasan di luar kewajaran saat pendidikan di SPN Polda Lampung. Hal itu mengacu pada kondisi jenazah yang mengalami luka di bagian kepala dan badan.
Kapolda Lampung Irjen Helmy Santika memutuskan untuk membentuk tim khusus menyelidiki kematian Advent.
Kapolda menunjuk Brigjen Pol Umar Effendi, yang merupakan Wakapolda Lampung. Tak hanya itu, ada beberapa pejabat tinggi Polda Lampung yang masuk
tim khusus tersebut.
Kepala Bidang Hubungan Masyarakat Kepolisian Daerah Lampung Kombes Pol Umi Fadilah Astutik, dalam keterangan tertulis yang dikutip Tribun dari Kompas.com, mengatakan tim yang dibentuk Kapolda ini akan melakukan penyelidikan mendalam.
“Tim ini akan bertugas untuk melakukan penyelidikan secara mendalam. Kegiatan ini akan dilakukan secara transparan. Apapun hasilnya akan disampaikan ke
publik,” kata Kombes Pol Umi Fadilah Astutik, Senin (21/8/2023).
Advent meninggal dunia di IGD RS Bhayangkara Lampung, pada Selasa (15/8/2023) siang.
Polda Lampung awalnya menyebut siswa itu diduga kelelahan setelah apel siang.
Ayahanda Advent, Ifon, menyebut kematian anaknya itu tidak masuk akal, sebab tidak ada riwayat penyakit yang diderita sebelumnya.
“Nggak mungkin diterima (jadi polisi) kalau ada penyakit” kata Ifon, Kamis (17/8/2023) siang. Dia menyebut keluarga menolak otopsi di RS Bhayangkara Polda Lampung. Akhirnya keluarga besar meminta otopsi dilakukan di RSUP Adam Malik, Medan.
“Supaya jelas penyebabnya,” kata Ifon.
