13 Pelaku Curanmor Berhasil Diamankan Satreskrim Polres Lebak
Lebak, JurnalTIPIKOR.Com – Sat Reskrim Polres Lebak Polda Banten melaksanakan Press Conference Pengungkapan Kasus Tindak Pidana C3 (Curat, Curas dan Curanmor) pada Rabu (02/08).
Kegiatan Press Conference dipimpin oleh Kapolres Lebak Polda Banten AKBP Suyono didampingi Kasat Reskrim Polres Lebak Kasat Reskrim Polres Lebak AKP Andi Kurniady Eka Setyabudi, Kasihumas Polres Lebak Iptu Aminarto, Kanit 1 Krimum Sat Reskrim Polres Lebak Iptu M.Hazali Alvian,SH, Kanit Opsnal Sat Reskrim Polres Lebak Ipda Petra Colia dan Rekan Media Pers Lebak.
Kapolres Lebak Polda Banten AKBP Suyono mengatakan,” Selama Dua Minggu Jajaran Sat Reskrim Polres Lebak Polda Banten telah berhasil mengungkap kasus C3 (Curat, Curas dan Curanmor) di daerah hukum Polres Lebak,” ujar Suyono.
“Ada 13 Pelaku dan 20 Unit Sepeda Motor hasil Curian beserta Barang Bukti lainnya yang diduga digunakan sebagai alat Yang dipergunakan dalam melakukan kejahatan berupa satu unit Handphone, dua Batang linggis yang berukuran + 45 Cm, lima gagang kunci letter T, 17 mata Kunci Letter T yang sudah di rakit dengan berbagai macam bentuk, satu batang obeng kecil, satu batang besi Engsel jendela, satu Dusbox Handphone samsung A24,” ungkapnya.
Suyono mengatakan pihaknya berhasil mengamankan para pelaku. “Adapun Para Pelaku tersebut berinisial SA (22), AK (39), HK (41), SK (25), MS (28),FA (23),JA (22), AF (25),AM (25), DJ (41), KJ (29),SR (22), JA (22) dan dari ketiga belas pelaku, sepuluh pelaku merupakan pelaku pencurian dan tiga pelaku penadah,” tambah Suyono.
“Kami menghimbau kepada warga masyarakat yang merasa pernah kehilangan sepeda motor bisa datang dan mengecek dengan membawa barang bukti surat kepemilikan kendaraan, nanti akan kita serahkan dan tidak dipungut biaya,” tukasnya.
Sementara itu Kasat Reskrim Polres Lebak AKP Andi Kurniady Eka Setyabudi menambahkan, “Adapun modus operandi para pelaku yang diamankan tersebut melakukan kejahatan dengan berbagai cara, antara lain mencongkel jendela atau pintu rumah, merusak stop kontak menggunakan Kunci Leter T,” tambah Andi.
“Untuk berbagai jenis kendaraan R2 yang diamankan, para pelaku menjual ke penadah sebesar Rp. 2.000.000, sampai dengan Rp. 4.000.000,” terangnya.
“Untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya Tersangka kasus pencurian pemberatan (Curanmor dan Bobol rumah) dikenakan Pasal 363 KUH-Pidana dengan ancaman pidana penjara selama tujuh tahun dan untuk kasus penadahan dikenakan Pasal 480 KUHP dengan ancaman pidana penjaran selama empat tahun,” tegas Andi
