Bengkalis, JURNAL TIPIKOR— Polsek Mandau berhasil mengungkap kasus pencurian pipa besi produksi milik PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) dan menangkap empat orang tersangka.
Keempat pelaku ditangkap di lokasi berbeda pada Senin, 24 Agustus 2025, setelah sebelumnya buron selama lebih dari satu bulan.
Para pelaku yang ditangkap adalah Z alias Panjul (44), M alias Adi (34), ZZ alias Feri (48), dan DB alias By (26). Mereka semua merupakan warga Mandau, Kabupaten Bengkalis.

Kronologi Kejadian
Kejadian bermula pada Senin, 21 Juli 2025, sekitar pukul 14.00 WIB, saat empat pelaku mencuri pipa besi dari area 9 South DKF PT PHR di Kelurahan Duri Timur, Kecamatan Mandau.
Aksi pencurian ini diketahui setelah seorang pelapor, Syafrian Doni (42), yang bekerja sebagai karyawan swasta, mendapat informasi dari masyarakat tentang adanya tumpukan pipa besi mencurigakan di sebuah kebun sawit di Jalan Ampera Ujung.
Syafrian bersama tim dari PT ABB langsung memeriksa lokasi dan menemukan 22 potong pipa besi produksi dengan ukuran 3 inci dan 4 inci, masing-masing sepanjang dua meter.

Pipa-pipa tersebut diduga hasil curian dan dibawa ke kantor keamanan PT ABB. Setelah diperiksa, terbukti pipa-pipa itu berasal dari aset milik PT PHR.
Atas kejadian ini, PT PHR mengalami kerugian dan segera melaporkan insiden tersebut ke pihak kepolisian. Laporan tersebut terdaftar dengan nomor LP/249/VIII/2025/SPKT/RIAU/RES-BKS/SEKMANDAU.
Proses Penangkapan
Berdasarkan laporan polisi tersebut, tim Opsnal Polsek Mandau melakukan penyelidikan. Pada Senin, 24 Agustus 2025, sekitar pukul 22.00 WIB, tim mendapat informasi bahwa salah satu pelaku, Z alias Panjul, berada di sebuah warung di Jalan Ampera, Duri Timur. Tim segera bergerak dan berhasil menangkap Z alias Panjul.
Saat diinterogasi, Z alias Panjul mengaku melakukan pencurian bersama tiga rekannya: M alias Adi, ZZ alias Feri, dan DB alias By. Berbekal pengakuan ini, tim Opsnal langsung melakukan pengejaran.
Penangkapan terhadap tiga pelaku lainnya dilakukan pada 26 Agustus 2025:
- Sekitar pukul 04.00 WIB, M alias Adi ditangkap di rumahnya di Jalan Ampera, Kelurahan Babussalam.
- Sekitar pukul 04.20 WIB, ZZ alias Feri ditangkap di rumahnya di Jalan Bambu Kuning, Kelurahan Babussalam.
- Sekitar pukul 04.40 WIB, DB alias By juga ditangkap di rumahnya di Jalan Bambu Kuning, Kelurahan Babussalam.
Dari hasil interogasi, keempat pelaku mengakui telah melakukan pencurian pipa besi PT PHR sebanyak tiga kali. Pipa yang dicuri pada aksi terakhir belum sempat dijual karena mereka ketahuan oleh petugas keamanan dan meninggalkan barang bukti.
Sementara itu, untuk dua aksi sebelumnya, mereka berhasil menjual hasil curian kepada seorang penadah berinisial SYAF, yang saat ini masuk dalam Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO).
Barang Bukti dan Tuduhan
Bersama para tersangka, polisi mengamankan barang bukti berupa 22 potong pipa besi produksi, satu tangkai gergaji, dan lima mata gergaji.
Para pelaku kini dijerat dengan Pasal 363 KUHPidana tentang pencurian dengan pemberatan. Polsek Mandau akan melanjutkan proses penyelidikan dan penyidikan untuk menuntaskan kasus ini, termasuk memburu pelaku lain yang terlibat.
