JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kejaksaan Agung Republik Indonesia menyatakan bahwa perwakilan Google belum memenuhi panggilan penyidik pada Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) terkait kasus dugaan korupsi dalam pengadaan laptop Chromebook di Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) tahun anggaran 2019—2022.
Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) Kejaksaan Agung, Harli Siregar, di Gedung Kejaksaan Agung, Jakarta, Kamis (26/6), membenarkan bahwa surat panggilan telah dilayangkan kepada Humas Google untuk dimintai keterangan sebagai saksi dalam proses penyidikan kasus ini, namun yang bersangkutan belum hadir.
“Humas Google sudah pernah dipanggil, tapi yang bersangkutan belum hadir,” ujar Harli Siregar.
Harli menambahkan bahwa penyidik kemungkinan akan kembali melayangkan panggilan kepada perwakilan Google pekan depan untuk dimintai keterangan. “Kemungkinan pekan depan dipanggil lagi,” katanya.
Saat ini, Kejaksaan Agung tengah mendalami dugaan adanya permufakatan jahat oleh berbagai pihak dalam kasus ini.
Penyidik mengindikasi adanya pengarahan kepada tim teknis untuk membuat kajian teknis terkait pengadaan bantuan peralatan pendidikan teknologi pada tahun 2020, agar diarahkan pada penggunaan laptop berbasis sistem operasi Chrome.

Menurut Harli, penggunaan Chromebook sebenarnya bukan suatu kebutuhan mendesak. Hal ini didasari hasil uji coba 1.000 unit Chromebook oleh Pustekom Kemendikbudristek pada tahun 2019 yang menunjukkan hasil tidak efektif.
Dari pengalaman tersebut, tim teknis merekomendasikan penggunaan spesifikasi dengan sistem operasi Windows. Namun, kajian tersebut kemudian diganti oleh Kemendikbudristek dengan rekomendasi penggunaan sistem operasi Chrome.
Total anggaran yang dihabiskan untuk pengadaan ini mencapai Rp9,982 triliun. Angka tersebut terdiri dari Rp3,582 triliun berasal dari Dana Satuan Pendidikan (DSP) dan sekitar Rp6,399 triliun berasal dari Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK).
Kejaksaan Agung terus berkomitmen untuk mengusut tuntas kasus ini guna memastikan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam penggunaan anggaran negara.
