Jakarta JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mendalami neraca gas Indonesia selama periode 2012 hingga 2025. Pendalaman ini dilakukan saat KPK memeriksa tiga orang saksi pada Senin (2/6) dalam penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi jual beli gas.
“Semua saksi hadir, dan penyidik mendalami terkait dengan neraca gas Indonesia tahun 2012–2025,” ujar Juru Bicara KPK Budi Prasetyo di Jakarta, Selasa (3/6/2025).
Budi menjelaskan, ketiga saksi yang diperiksa adalah:
* Heri Poernomo, yang menjabat Direktur Pembinaan Program Migas Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) tahun 2007–2013.
* Bayu Satria Pratama, Analis Kebijakan pada Direktorat Pembinaan Program Migas Kementerian ESDM tahun 2006–2015.
* Bayu Wahyudiono, mantan Kepala Subdirektorat Pengembangan Wilayah Kerja Minyak dan Gas Bumi Non-Konvensional pada Direktorat Pembinaan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi Kementerian ESDM.
