Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR — Pembangunan Masjid al Jabbar yang menelan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah ( APBD) Jawa Barat mendapatkan kritik dari warganet.
Maklum, dana yang dikeluarkan APBD Jawa Barat untuk pembangunan masjid itu mencapai Rp1 triliun. Dilansir CNN Indonesia (5/1/2023), seorang pengguna instagram dengan akun @outstandjing mengatakan membangun masjid sebenarnya sebuah perbuatan yang mulia.
Tapi tambahnya, kalau pembangunan memakai dana APBD, itu yang menjadi masalah. Ia mengatakan dana APBD berasal dari pembayar pajak yang punya latar belakang berbeda-beda.
Niat atau akad membayar pajak pun katanya, tidak untuk wakaf. Ia menambahkan dalam Islam, tidak sembarang dana bisa dipakai untuk membangun masjid.

Unggahan itu pun direspons langsung oleh Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil. Ia mengatakan penggunaan dana negara, termasuk APBD itu adalah kesepakatan bersama, dibahas dengan musyawarah bersama rakyat dalam forum Musrenbang, Jawab Ridwan Kamil .
Kritikan demi kritikan terus terlontarkan, kali ini datang dari Komunitas CORONG JABAR yang merupakan berkumpulnya Para politisi, Akedemisi, Advokat, Aktivis dan Pengusaha.
Dalam acara Halalbihalal yang diadakan Corong Jabar, di Glasis Cafe, Jl. Buah Batu 45 kota Bandung, Rabu (10/5), Jurnal Tipikor berhasil mewancarai juru bicaranya Yus Sumpena, SH., MH., atau sapaan akrabnya kang Yus, Ia mengatakan Bahwa Permasalahan penggunaan anggaran mesjid Aljabar yang menelan 1 T menjadi polemik di kalangan masyarakat, untuk itu kami dari Corong jabar merasa prihatin dengan permasalahan mesjid Aljabar yang selalu menjadi polemik dimasyarakat , kami minta Gubernur jabar Ridwan Kamil agar mengklarifikasi penggunaan anggaran pembangunan mesjid Aljabar.
Lebih lanjut Kang Yus menambahkan, klarifikasi dan keterbukaan gubernur jabar Ridwan Kamil sangat diharapkan oleh masyarakat untuk meredam pemikiran masyarakat yang sampai saat ini menjadi pertanyaan terus, ungkapnya
Corong Jabar merasa prihatin, Seharusnya Komisi V Dprd provinsi jawa barat hendaknya merespon permasalahan polemik anggaran mesjid Aljabar, Tutupnya.
