Selain mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi pemerintah pun melakukan upaya efisiensi guna pengalihan penggunaan anggaran yang lebih efektif hal ini tercantum Dalam Inpres No. 1 Tahun 2025 mengatur efisiensi belanja dalam APBN dan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2025. Inpres ini ditujukan kepada seluruh pimpinan Kementerian/Lembaga dan Kepala Daerah, dengan target efisiensi belanja sebesar Rp 306,69 triliun. Efisiensi tersebut meliputi anggaran Kementerian/Lembaga (Rp 256,1 triliun) dan transfer ke daerah (Rp 50,59 triliun).
Menyimak saat ini Pertumbuhan ekonomi Jawa Barat pada triwulan pertama 2025 mencapai 4,98% . Angka ini sedikit lebih tinggi dari pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional yang mencapai 4,87% pada periode yang sama .

Tetapi kebijakan ini harus ditindak lanjuti dan disikapi oleh kepala daerah khususnya tingkat provinsi secara bijak , cerdas, transparan dan akuntabel karena regulasi provinsi akan linier kepada pemkot dan pemkab di Jawa Barat.
Pada anggaran tahun 2025 Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat melakukan efisiens Rp 5,1 triliun Hasil efisiensi ini kemudian dialokasikan untuk berbagai program prioritas seperti pembangunan infrastruktur, penyediaan sambungan listrik, dan renovasi rumah warga miskin, ini bagus tetapi ada sektor usaha lain yang mengalami kesulitan salah satunya perhotelan di Jawa Barat yang berjumlah sekitar 620 hotel berbintang dan 2.570 hotel non berbintang demikian juga destinasi wisata, pabrikasi, dan UMKM khsusnya pedagang retail kaki lima yang saling berkaitan , semua dampak terasa sekali daya kunjung hingga daya beli sangat memperihatinkan sekali, kondisi seperti ini tidak menutup kemungkinan akan mengarah terjadi PHK besar-besaran dan banyak UMKM sebagai penopang ekonomi indonesia serta pedagang retail pun banyak yang gulung tikar. Saran saya kepada pemerintah jawa barat yang terhormat Bapak Gubernur provinsi jawa barat harus bersikap bijak perihal wisata pelajar, atau perjalanan dinas dan kegiatan-kegiatan penting yang memerlukan tempat khusus di hotel atau tempat lainnya tetapi dibatasi khusus lokasi dan wilayah hanya sekitar jawa barat sehingga perputaran ekonomi di jawa barat tetap hidup , selain tidak memberatkan anggaran daerah juga tidak memberatkan orang tua pelajar ( mungkin melalui tabungan pelajar setahun atau cara lainnya tidak harus pinjam ke pinjol ) khusus untuk kelas 6 ,9 dan 12 .
Semua harus kita cari solusi dan mengakali sehingga efisiensi tetap berjalan dan sektor usahapun bisa bertahan dan berjalan. Demikian juga UMKM di tempat wisatapun bisa hidup , regulasi yang menghambat investasi maupun menghambat pertumbuhan ekonomi khususnya sektor usaha agar di pertimbangkan untuk dievaluasi dan direvisi .
