Sukabumi, JURNAL TIPIKOR,-Koordinator Aksi Forum Sukabumi Bergerak (FSB), Muhammad Mulki didampingi salah satu anggota FSB, Sandi, warga Desa Titisan melaporkan Insiden intimidasi yang dilakukan oleh sejumlah orang tidak dikenal kepada pihak Polsek Sukalarang pada saat akan melakukan audensi dengan pihak manajemen PT Glostar Indonesia (GSI) 2 Sukalarang. Kamis (8/05/2025).
Menurut Mulki mengaku Aksi laporan tersebut dipicu pada saat sejumlah anggota FSB mau melakukan Audensi dengan menejemen Perusahaan PT. GSI 2 Sukalarang terkait 3 tuntutan.
Seperti hal adanya dugaan maraknya pungutan liar (pungli) dalam proses rekrutmen karyawan, kemacetan lalu lintas di sekitar pabrik, serta ketidakjelasan dana Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang selama ini dijalankan perusahaan.
“Namun sebelum kami berhasil masuk ke area pabrik, tiba tiba kami dihadang oleh sekelompok warga yang berjaga di pintu masuk. Anggota kami, sempat mengalami Intimidasi dan kekerasan fisik.” Rekan kami, Sandi didorong dan sempat digonjang-ganjing kepalanya,”kata Mulki.

Selain itu, Mulki juga menyampaikan ada dua kendaraan milik anggotanya yang mengalami kerusakan ringan seperti spion patah dan pelat nomor copot
“Aksi saling dorong dan adu mulut pun tak terhindarkan, bahkan sempat terjadi baku hantam yang mengakibatkan kerusakan pada dua kendaraan bermotor,”ujarnya
Mulki menegaskan dengan adanya Intimidasi tersebut dirinya melakukan pelaporan kepada pihak Polsek Sukalarang terkait insiden tersebut.
“Kami masih menunggu hasil penyelidikan dari kepolisian dan kami mendorong pihak berwenang untuk membuka CCTV supaya diketahui siapa yang sebenarnya melakukan provokasi,”pungkasnya.
