Pembekalan pengetahuan di kucurkan sejak sejak usia dini hingga remaja karena pembentukan cara berpikir dan pembekalan pengetahuan dibangku sekeloh sangat menentukan kecerdasan , kemandirian dan cara berpikir generasi bangsa .
Hari ini tanggal 2 mei adalah hari pendidikan nasional yang harus kita diambil hikmah dan kita sikapi dunia pendidikan di Indonesia khususnya di Provinsi Jawa Barat.
Fasilitas pendidikan tingkat menengah dan atas di prov jawa barat , saat ini jumlah sekolah di jawa barat di 27 kota Kabupaten tingkat menengah swasta dan negeri *5.862 terdiri dari 1.986 SMPN dan 62.121 sekolah swasta . Sedangkan Tingkat SMA /SMK neger 801 sekolah terdiri dari 513 SMA negeri dan 288 SMK negeri. Dari selisih jumlah terlihat ketidak seimbangan .

Di tahun-tahun sebelumnya ketika pemerintah menerapkan permendikbud melalui sistim zonasi, hal tersebut menimbulkan masalah dimasyarakat karena ketersediaan dan keterbatasan SMA negeri yang tidak dapat menampung lulusan SMP Negeri dan swasta.
Dengan peraturan baru, Permendikdasmen no 3 tahun 2025 sisitim SPMDB menggantikan permendikbud 21 tahun 2021 sistem PPDB akan berjalan dalam waktu dekat , sistem SPMDB sistem rayon dengan kategori Jalur domisili, jalur afimarsi , jalur prestasi dan jalur mutasi dan semua ini harus disiapkan oleh perangkat daerah masing -masing .
Ketua Presidium CORONG JABAR perhimpunan politisi, guru besar akademisi, lintas profesi dan tokoh budayawan Yusuf Sumpena.SH.Spm sapaan akrabnya pkang Iyus menegaskan kepada pemprov. Jabar harus segera memfasilitasi penyediaan sarana prasarana untuk sekolah tingkat atas, Masyarakat jabar sangat membutuhkan fasilitas pendidikan SMAN/SMKN jangan sampai nanti ketika penerimaan murid baru menjadi kisruh karena kurang ketersediaan SMAN/SMKN.

APBD prov jabar tahun 2025 sekitar Rp.31.692 triliun jika dialokasikan 20 % untuk pembangunan SMAN/SMKN itu tentunya bisa membangun beberapa sekolah.
Satu contoh Kota Bandung sebagai ibu kota Jawa Barat memiliki sekolah SMPN/SMP swasta 271 sekolah, SMPN 75 , SMP swasta 196 sedangkan sekolah lanjutan atas 43 sekolah yang terdiri dari SMAN 27 , SMKN 16 terlihat sangat jomplang sekali. Kota Bandung dari 30 kecamatan yang tidak memiliki sekolah SMA Negeri terdapat 12 kecamatan, kondisini seperti ini sangat ironis sekali .
Kang Iyus menyampaikan Walikota Bandung Kang Farhan bisa bekerja sama dengan Gubernur Jabar agar membangun SMAN/SMKN di kota bandung dengan menyediakan aset lahan kota bandung atau aset lahan prov jabar yang ada di 12 kecamatan kota bandung tersebut .
Hal ini pun harus di sikapi juga oleh wali kota/ bupati di wilayah jawa barat karena dari jumlah 620 kecamatan di jawa barat ada sekitar 128 kecamatan yang belum memiliki SMAN/SMKN. Ini harus jadi perhatian dan tanggung jawab prov jabar.
