Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Penyidik Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengungkapkan sepeda motor Royal Enfield Classic 500 Limited Edition yang disita dari mantan Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil terdaftar atas nama orang lain.
“Atas nama orang lain, bukan atas nama RK,” kata Juru Bicara KPK Tessa Mahardika di Jakarta, Jumat.
Sepeda motor tersebut disita penyidik KPK dari Ridwan Kamil terkait penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi proyek pengadaan iklan pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (BJB) periode 2021–2023.

Tessa mengatakan penyidik KPK belum bisa mengungkapkan siapa nama yang tertera sebagai pemilik kendaraan tersebut.
“Belum bisa dibuka saat ini, yang jelas bukan atas nama saudara RK yg dimaksudkan rekan-rekan,” ujarnya.
Dalam perkara tersebut, penyidik KPK total menyita 26 unit kendaraan antara lain satu unit Mitsubishi Pajero, satu unit Toyota Innova Zenix Hybrid, satu unit Toyota Avanza, dan satu unit kendaraan roda dua Yamaha NMAX.
Dua unit diantaranya disita dari Ridwan Kamiil yakni satu unit motor Royal Enfield Classic 500 Limited Edition berkelir hitam dan satu unit kendaraan roda empat.

Dalam perkara dugaan korupsi Bank BJB, penyidik KPK telah menetapkan lima orang tersangka, yakni Direktur Utama Bank BJB Yuddy Renaldi (YR) dan Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) sekaligus Kepala Divisi Corsec Bank BJB Widi Hartoto (WH).
Selain itu, pengendali agensi Antedja Muliatama dan Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri Ikin Asikin Dulmanan (IAD), pengendali agensi BSC Advertising dan Wahana Semesta Bandung Ekspress Suhendrik (S), dan pengendali Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama Sophan Jaya Kusuma (SJK).
Lima orang tersebut ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dengan persangkaan Pasal 2 ayat (1) atau Pasal 3 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi yang telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 juncto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
Penyidik KPK memperkirakan kerugian negara akibat dugaan korupsi di Bank BJB tersebut sekitar Rp222 miliar.(*)
