Mandau, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Bertempat di Lapangan Mako Polsek Mandau, Kamis (24/4/2025), telah berlangsung Apel pelepasan Kontingen Pramuka Kwartir Cabang (Kwarcab) Bengkalis yang akan mengikuti kegiatan Jambore Karhutla Riau Tahun 2025 di Taman Hutan Rakyat (Tahura) Minas.
Apel yang dimulai pukul 09.00 WIB tersebut berlangsung dengan tertib dan khidmat. Kapolres Bengkalis AKBP Budi Setiawan, S.I.K., M.I.K. Yang Diwakili Wakapolres Bengkalis, Kompol Anton Rama Putra, S.H., S.I.K., M.I.K. Bertindak sebagai Pimpinan Apel yang secara resmi melepas para peserta Jambore.

Tampak hadir dalam kegiatan ini Kapolsek Mandau AKP Primadona, S.I.K., M.Si., Sekcam Mandau Rudi Hartono, S.Sos., Kanit Bimas Polsek Mandau AKP Indra Varenal, S.H., serta Koordinator Wilayah II Kwarcab Bengkalis Rudiansyah Manurung. Turut hadir Ketua Kwaran Mandau dan Ketua Kwaran Pinggir bersama para peserta pramuka dari Kecamatan Mandau dan Pinggir.
Diawalinya apel dengan laporan dari Komandan Apel, yakni Aipda Juanda, dilanjutkan dengan amanat dari Pimpinan Apel yang memberikan semangat dan motivasi kepada para peserta.
Dalam amanatnya, Kompol Anton Rama Putra mengapresiasi semangat generasi muda yang akan mewakili Bengkalis dalam ajang Jambore bertema kebencanaan dan pelestarian lingkungan tersebut.”Ujar Kompol Anton.
Kemudian acara dilanjutkan dengan Pelepasan secara simbolis ditandai dengan penyerahan bendera kontingen dan pemberian souvernir berupa mainan kunci dari Kapolres Bengkalis AKBP Budi Setiawan, S.I.K., M.I.K. yang diwakilkan Wakapolres Bengkalis KOMPOL Anton Rama Putra, S.H., S.I.K., M.I.K., yang diberikan kepada perwakilan peserta.
Kegiatan diakhiri dengan pembacaan do’a, ucapan selamat, sesi foto bersama, serta pelepasan kontingen menuju lokasi kegiatan di Tahura Minas. Jambore Karhutla Riau 2025 sendiri merupakan wadah pembinaan dan penguatan peran pramuka dalam upaya pencegahan kebakaran hutan dan lahan melalui edukasi dan keterlibatan langsung di lapangan.
