Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Dalam upaya pencapaian target Three Zero tahun 2030, membutuhkan sinergi dan kolaborasi dari seluruh elemen masyarakat dengan pemerintah. Pasalnya, jika hanya mengandalkan pemerintah, target tersebut akan sulit tercapai.
Hal itu disampaikan oleh Wakil Wali Kota Bandung, Erwin pada acara Silaturahmi “Kuatkan Diri Bersama Tebar Cinta Akhiri AIDS” di Balai Kota Bandung, Kamis 24 April 2025.
Perlu diketahui, Three Zero merujuk pada target yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia untuk mengakhiri pandemi HIV/AIDS pada tahun 2030. Target ini mencakup tiga hal utama yaitu; nol infeksi baru, nol kematian terkait AIDS, dan nol stigma dan diskriminasi terhadap Orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA).

Atas hal itu, Erwin mengimbau kepada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD), layanan kesehatan, kewilayahan dan organisasi masyarakat untuk memperluas jangkauan kesehatan bagi masyarakat.
“Saya mengimbau kepada perangkat daerah, agar dapat menyelaraskan program penanggulangan HIV/AIDS sesuai tugas pokok dan fungsinya,” kata Erwin.
Ia juga mendorong layanan kesehatan, yaitu rumah sakit dan puskesmas agar terus meningkatkan pelayanan optimal bagi Odhiv (orang dengan HIV), serta aktif melakukan tes HIV di tengah masyarakat.
“Saya imbau juga unsur kecamatan dan forum warga peduli Aids (WPA), agar lebih giat dan lebih aktif dalam melakukan pemberdayaan, sosialisasi, dan deteksi dini HIV di masyarakat,” tuturnya.
Erwin berharap, kepada organisasi masyarkat peduli AIDS dan kelompok dukungan sebaya, agar terus memperluas jangkauan layanan pada populasi berisiko serta memperkuat pendampingan bagi Odhiv.
“Dengan peran aktif kita semua melalui kolaborasi penanggulangan AIDS di Kota Bandung. Saya optimis bahwa target Three Zero pada tahun 2030 dapat tercapai,” bebernya.(yan/red)
