DURI, ‘Jurnal Tipikor.com – Satuan Tugas Penertiban Kawasan Hutan (Satgas PKH) melakukan pemasangan plang eksekusi lahan seluas 315 Hektare (Ha) di Desa Pamesi, Kecamatan Bathin Solapan, Kabupaten Bengkalis, Riau, Selasa (4/3/2025)
Plang eksekusi bertuliskan “Lahan Perkebunan Sawit Seluas 315 Ha ini Dalam Penguasaan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia. CQ Satgas Penertiban Kawasan Hutan (PKH). Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia No.5 TH 2025 tentang penertiban kawasan hutan”
Dimana lahan 315 Hektare di Desa Pamesi ini memasuki lahan HGU yang sebelumnya penguasaan atau dikelola oleh PT. Murini wood Indah Industri dan terjadi sengketa dengan masyarakat Koptan Duri XIII.
Anggi pendamping Satgas PKH dari Kejari Bengkalis saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan adanya pemasangan plang eksekusi lahan 315 Ha di Desa Pamesi, Kecamatan Bathin Solapan.
Kami hanya pendampingan, Pemasangan plang itu kinerja Pusat dari Satgas PKH. Intinya itu Satgas PKH semua, segala macam mekanisme itu ada di Satgas PKH,” sebutnya singkat saat di konfirmasi wartawan melalui pesan WhatsApp pribadinya.
Senada, Anggota Koramil 03/Mandau Serka Ristiyo juga membenarkan pemasangan plang eksekusi lahan di Desa Pamesi oleh Satgas Garuda (PKH).
“Dimana Satgas Garuda/PKH itu ada 10 lembaga diantaranya Kementerian Pertahanan, Kementerian Kehutanan, Kejaksaan Agung, BPKP, Kementerian Perhubungan, Badan Informasi Geospasial, TNI dan Polri,” paparnya selaku Dantim Satgas PKH.
Terpisah, Sekretaris Poktan Duri XIII Widodo, menyebutkan kepada awak media merasa bersyukur adanya pemasangan plang eksekusi yang dilakukan Satgas PKH yang dibentuk Presiden RI melalui Keppres No 5 Tahun 2025.
“Ini hari bersejarah bagi kami Poktan Masyarakat Duri XIII. Perjuangan kami terhadap lahan seluas 387 Ha mendapatkan harapan baik, selangkah lagi kita urus melalui saran KLHK, Kementerian Kehutanan untuk mendapatkan lahan melalui proses TORA,” sebutnya, Rabu (5/3/2025).
Widodo juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Presiden RI bapak Pranowo yang sudah membentuk Satgas PKH, sehingga lahan tersebut terlepas dari Penguasaan PT.Murini Wood Indah Industri yang telah melanggar hukum mengelola lahan diluar HGU nya.
“Kami Koptan Duri XIII telah memenangkan secara inkrah di Pengadilan Negeri Dumai sejak 2010. Kami juga bermohon kepada bapak Presiden dapat segera menyerahkan lahan tersebut kepada kami,” pungkasnya.***
